Possibly the worst run Chick-Fil-A, I have ever been to.

I’m very disappointed after my experience last night. I waited over 30 minutes in the mobile thru line to get my food. So much for fast food. The regular drive thru line was moving quickly while the mobile thru line just sat. Why couldn’t they move a few cars to the side to let other people through? What’s the point of ordering ahead with the app if the drive thru ends up being faster ? Not to mention, I hadn’t made it to the QR code sign yet but the girls working the drive thru were taking peoples phones from cars behind me and walking up the to QR code sign and scanning it for them. Then once I got my order it was wrong anyways. All the manager could offer me is free coupons for ice cream or cookies that expire in a couple of weeks. I don’t want your coupons. DO BETTER!!! I really like coming here and it’s one of the few places my picky kids will eat but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Fast service for as busy as they were. We dined in and there was one open table left at the time. The food was good.
Drive through lines were packed full. Inside was also packed full. We went inside, waited our turn. The staff was very busy but still remained very polite and new what they were doing. Their food is over priced. (my opinion) My (picky) son didn't care for the nuggets her, but loved the waffle fries. I had a nugget and it was good to me. I also got their fresh lemonade, soooo good. We waited about 3 minutes before our food was done. Very quick service and staff is very very nice.
Worst chick fil a I’ve been to. Nuggets are always soggy, fries are cold and have very little salt. South bend location blows this one out of the water.

Went for lunch today. Biff was working the drive thru lane. You know Biff, the good looking athlete in every high school movie that turns out to be a dick. Gave him our order and he asks if we want the meal. I said no because we want a different side and a large soda with light ice. He said it is cheaper this way. I thanked him and waited for food. Waited longer than normal because one lane was dedicated to app orders and had 2 cars. The other 12 cars had the other lane. I got our food and the large soda with light ice turned into a medium with extra ice. So the meal cost more, and we got less. Also, the chicken strips were mostly breading and they were cold. Not warm in the least. I should have just turned around and returned it. With management using poor order takers and not knowing how to keep food warm, I will not go back to this store again. By far the worst experience at Chick fil a I have ever had.
