My husband and I had such a wonderful time we had just stormed out of a restaurant that ignored 🙁 us for 45 min And then our server Courtney at chili's made our experience excellent 👌 she was empathetic to our previous experience and when our son started to get impatient because he'd been out longer then expected she held him and comforted him while we ate our dinner being hungry desperately annoyed parents of a tired cranky infant that was huge for us. Thx for making our night memorable in a great way!

Zero stars for service. After not reviving the complete order, i called the store to let them know and the person accused me of lying. It was just a cup of soup. A simple refund or sending me my soup would have sufficed but for whatever reason the extremely unprofessional employee on the other end refused to help and hung up on me. Never again will I order from valparaiso, In Chili's app.

I love the food here,and done in service but today I order take out and the guy on the cashier put a tip in with out my say so, I ask to speak to a manager he act like it didn't matter and go get a$5 gift card saying now do that take care of this I took it and left I will never go back there just rude

The food was not good at all, besides the Mac and cheese. It is also SO crowded in here! The waitress was nice but the atmosphere is terrible since there is less than a foot of space between tables! I totally felt wayyy too squished!
