Cold draft at table and food came out cold boneless chicken wings dry and tough! Soup didn't come out before meal and when it did it was not hot either ????

It's probably one of the best Chili's I've ever been to. I went during lunch on a Monday. Food came out piping hot ? and tasted delicious. We had 3 different staff constantly checking on us, so we never went without. I will be back very soon.
Ordered curbside pick it said my food would be ready between 8:46-8:53 I got a text saying it was done as soon as I ordered . Anyhow I get there waited outside for about 10 minutes and ended up getting out my car to go inside because I could see my meal sitting there as workers walk pass.. I was reassured my straw was in the bag so I left. I work 7 minutes away by the time I got to work my food was cold asl !!! And no straw . I took 2 bites and noticed my salmon was NOT fully cooked on the inside took it back and got a refund immediately. Very disappointed I work overnights and I am pescatarian so this was the only option for food at the time. So I’ll be sucking on lemonade for lunch. Thanks ?
Took a friend of mine there for the first time. The server was awesome! The food was good and hot and plentiful. One negative- that it is always a challenge when the noise level is compounded by noisy kids pounding on each other near the table I'm seated at. Otherwise, a thumbs up.Wheelchair accessibility: A little tight getting through the restaurant and to the bathroom.
Got a to go order. The food was quite late and ended up making me late for work so don't be in a hurry. I did not get any of the sides with my meals, but of course I didn't have the time to go back in and resolve the issue since the food was already late and I was short on time. Silver lining, The ribs were good.
