This place is an absolute pig stye. Food and trash bits all over the counter and floors behind the counter. No effort to keep the place clean. The eating area is also not cleaned or wiped down. Can't trust this place for a clean meal.

My first experience at the New Chipotle in Valpo was refreshing! I went to grab lunch for my daughter who was stuck at work. The employees were friendly and helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing and Jocelyn went out of her way to accommodate me and my order! The gentleman in the back jumped right on the order. Ms. Marlene was very pleasant and patient with me while paying for food. I live 2 mins away and this is gonna be my new spot!!!!

This Chipotle maintains a clean facility, ensures drink fountain is full, and utensils/napkins are stocked. Bathrooms are also kept in top-notch shape.
I LOVE ordering the burrito bowl. Servers never hesitate any time I ask for a lil' extra fajita veggies. When asked, they also give me limes (as long as they're available).
One of my favorite spots to stop for a quick bite of fresh & healthy food.

Don’t order online. Ordered two bowls, both double with double meat. One bowl had barely any steak and the second had no meat whatsoever. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.
This is the worst chipolte bowl I've ever had. It's absolutely disgusting, I can in to get a chicken bowl, the chick at the front of the line was extremely rude with a bad attitude, there was no chicken left, barely any steak, so I asked for Barbacoa she picks up basically half the meat that was probably in the pan, that's probably why you guys don't have any meat left because she's giving away most of yalls product. I didn't want that much meat. Barely gave me any rice.
I took a few bites and threw the bowl away because the barbacoa meat tasted sooo burnt and charred it was inedible, but i wasnt going to go back it's badly storming out I'm not going to go back and get a new order so I hope yal make this right or I'm calling tomorrow. I knew I should've went to qdoba.
Also yalls whole dining room is disgusting.

Had my online order get made incorrectly, so I went back to the store because I was hungry and wanted to eat. I approached the lady who was running the pick-up/cash register to see if I could get my bowl remade correctly, and she seemed nice until I told her my bowl was made wrong, then I was treated as an inconvenience. They then made me wait in a 15 minute line, when the lady at the pickup could have made it for me in a couple minutes…food is always good, but the workers attitudes are insane.

This place deserves 0 stars. My husband loves chipotle. Tonight we walked in at 9pm. They aren’t supposed to close until 10. Instead of them waiting on customers everyone was closing the store. The girl told my husband that they couldn’t do a burrito because their tortilla presses were already shut off. After explaining he came in for a burrito, she finally gave in. I ordered a bowl. As the lady was making it I seen she added the smallest half scoop of beans. It was literally maybe 15 beans. I had to ask for a little more as it was so small I couldn’t even have one bean per bite.
This location has been horrible always, but I can definitely say they will never get my money again. Burnt chicken. Incorrectly made DoorDash orders. Cold or undercooked ingredients. Constantly out of certain ingredients. Overall customer service score 0. Food quality 0. I eat chipotle in Illinois all the time and the food is actually pretty good.
