This is honestly the worst Chipolte I have ever been to. I did an online order and there were atleast 10 people that came in and ordered after me and got their food before me. I waited and then I asked if I could just cancel my order and they said I had to call and I tried to call but couldn’t get through to cancel it and in the meantime they threw away the tickets and then I had to tell them I still wanted my order because I wasn’t getting a refund and now I’m still waiting here for my food. Not one employee had a care in the world I had been waiting that long

They do not have salt or pepper in this restaurant. The meal was just not hitting without salt. The coke syrup ran out and our $3 pop was crappy. No offer to refund when I mentioned it to the staff. We wont be going back.

I ordered two days ago was ended up in the hospital for 4 hours because of food poisoning and I wasn’t able to go to work I called and told them I wasn’t able to eat dude to food poisoning so thanks for the wasteful 24 dollars I spent

The food is better than most places and it's delicious. But besides that, there's nothing to brag about. Service is sufficient but it is not the reason people go. 😬 The atmosphere is..well, the music is usually good and that's it. Lol. Any time I'm there, there are tables that need to be cleaned and things that need to be wiped down. It's like a lunchroom basically. I'm thankful for pickup.

It's Chipotle! Friendly staff at this location. Clean prep area, always cleaning after every bowl or fat giant burrito! You can order online or have them make it on front of you like subway only far more delicious!😋

Love some Chipotle. But always show up an hour before r get close. Staff and crew clean up starts super early. So I could not have a tortilla. They tried to turn it back on but the tortilla ended up having metal shavings in it bcuz they had scrubbed it with a brillo pad and turning it back on to try was the result. Come early or you may have some extra in your food. Awful experience this time around.
This place is an absolute pig stye. Food and trash bits all over the counter and floors behind the counter. No effort to keep the place clean. The eating area is also not cleaned or wiped down. Can't trust this place for a clean meal.

My first experience at the New Chipotle in Valpo was refreshing! I went to grab lunch for my daughter who was stuck at work. The employees were friendly and helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing and Jocelyn went out of her way to accommodate me and my order! The gentleman in the back jumped right on the order. Ms. Marlene was very pleasant and patient with me while paying for food. I live 2 mins away and this is gonna be my new spot!!!!

Great food, horrible seating, ugly decorated. It is clear that Chipolte does not want you to have a relaxing slow meal. They want you out quickly!
