Average cost for my family here is about 55$. Yesterday I waited in a line 17 minutes long, order our ice-cream. Went to pay and my small bills was just short, so i handed a 100$ bill. A teenager turns and ask another teenager if she could take my 100$ She with a attitude said no they don't take large bills. Luckily wife had some cash. When employee opened the register there was literally at least 4 or 5 50$ bills. I said there is literally fifties and you cant take mine? Was told just how it is.
I ordered a custom birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday. Picked it up to realize that they were trying to pawn off an old Valentine’s Day cake from over a month ago as a fresh custom cake. When we brought it to the manager’s attention she said the only thing she could offer was $5 off my next cake order. lol are you kidding me. Why would I buy another month old cake for $43??
I usually have such a wonderful experience at coldstone. But I went last night and asked for the mint mint chocolate chip in an ours, got home and opened it up tonight and it wasn’t made correctly. I’m very disappointed right now, as it’s usually made so well.
Omg ive been to a lot of cold stones and this one blew me away, the staff are so nice and do a lil song when you tip. Very happy.

Service and ice cream were good, but the song they are forced to sing whenever they are tipped is disturbing. Stop making them do this please, it’s strange and humiliating.
Place is amazing. Love there ice cream!

Amazing ice cream, but the fact that they have to perform a song when you tip them is really gross.
The service is bad

Wonderful staff experiences when we have stopped in. Energetic ladies working hard, and super helpful when your not sure what to order. My son has been encouraged to sample new flavors which is great.Wish there was an outside space beyond the benches to enjoy the treats, but that's no fault of the business, just location.

The people working were really nice and polite. But a bit distracted by their friends who were hanging out in the lobby. Their friends were loud and obnoxious the entire time we were there. So was the guy at the table next to us. If you're debating going to this location or Crown Point, go to Crown Point.Or better yet-- go to Super Scoops in Portage. They're better in every way, their prices are great, and they're a small, local business!

Picked up my order over heard one of the workers explain her reason why she didn't put the order in the freezer (not knowing it was mine) because she didn't feel like it. So I asked if I needed to come in instead of ordering online so I don't have melted ice cream.
Very artificial tasting and no seating in restaurant.
