Dagger is the best coffee in Valpo! Love the artsy crew that serves up the coffee and the vibe is perfect for remote work. I was skeptical when they told me they were completely vegan at first, but now I compare every coffee shop to this place and order oat milk in all my lattes no matter where I go. They know what they're doing 👏

First visit today. Coffee was amazing and the service was even better.

Love that there is lots of light and color and plants! I usually get whole milk in my drinks but they were still very good with the almond milk.

Stopped at Dagger on a road trip and I am so glad I did! The Midsommar latte was one of the best I’ve had (especially if you’re a lavender fan!). The staff were great and it was a very welcoming and calm environment to work in for a couple hours! I would highly recommend.

Great service. Nice greeting by a cheerful employee. I tried the drip coffee and it tasted great. I'm looking forward to trying the take home coffee I purchased.

They have never really made a good tea drink, but the recent “Thai tea” was on another level. I was swindled $7 for orange chai-flavored milk (yes, not even tea flavor to redeem it) masquerading as the simple, and easy-to-make, classic.

It’s one thing for a coffee shop to make bad tea drinks, but they had to actively try to make this one so disappointing. Thai tea = vanilla, black tea, sweetened condensed milk. Either whoever made this seriously has not had a Thai tea before, or they just don’t care enough to be delivering on what they advertise.

What’s tea if not just a vessel to deliver an espresso shot, right?

I mean, I just spent $25 on 2 large coffees & a chocolate milk, but gosh dang this is the best coffee I've ever had in my entire life. If I'm gonna spend money on some coffee, it's gonna be here. Could do without the tarot & witchcraft stuff tbh. But I'll always stop for the coffee.

I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve had great experiences!! I wish I got her name, but the girl with the pink hair has been working when I go and she is such a pleasure. So so kind and helpful!

On top of great service, their lattes are my favorite drinks ever! The maple one and the coconut!!!
