We have always had a great experience ordering from here. The staff is super polite. They never mess up an order. My wife loves their turtle pecan blizzard! Their chicken tenders basket is a great deal. We always come back.

I watched one employee make over a dozen ice cream sandwiches without gloves on. I specifically asked for my food to be made with gloves on and they guy making my daughters ice cream didn't care. The guy at the counter seemed to get more rude after I asked for gloves. Annoyed almost. Won't come back to this location. Gross. Why doesn't anyone hire employees that care about food and safety standards?

If you’re craving cold ice cream and crispy fries, this is NOT the place. By the time you leave, your Blizzard has turned into a milkshake and your fries are limp enough to qualify as wet noodles. The service? Let’s just say the employees act like you personally ruined their day just by showing up. I even gave this place a couple more tries, thinking maybe I just caught them on an “off day” turns out every day here is an off day. Save yourself the disappointment (and the soggy fries) and pick a different Dairy Queen.

The guy Will - WAS TERRIBLY RUDE! HE WORKED THE WINDOW AND I ASKED FOR MORE SLUSH AND HE GAVE ME ICE. THEN HE ROLLED HIS EYES AND PRETENDED TO ALMOST DROP MY ICE CREAM THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU.

I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN FOR THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND I’D RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA 15 MINUTES TO HAVE BETTER SERVICE.

Fire that guy for he was even being rude to the next customer.

I'm glad I paid $5 for a small blizzard that had already turned into soup by the time I pulled out. Also, there were about 3 pieces of cheesecake in the cheesecake blizzard.... Never again. Culver's has custard right across the street

I was in the drive thru and i ask for the dirt and worms blizzard. But they told me I could only get that through a mobile order. You have the stuff to make it so why aren’t you making it. I am still paying you so why does it matter.

Great service speedy also and was OK with putting our chocolate Sunday in a superman cup for our son.
