They can’t listen to orders, and people have to repeat multiple times then still don’t get the order right. They are too busy on her phone. Then she got mad because we said something back about not listening. Just I will just have to drive little farther to the a different Dairy Queen. This it’s the first time we have to repeat thing

i hope the workers know that the window is not fully closed, so we can hear everything you say in the drive through. calling someone’s float they order “disgusting” and everyone standing around laughing at your “disgusting” order isn’t great business.

Why does this Dairy Queen not have a scanner to earn points, or use rewards? That's absolutely ridiculous!! It can't possibly be that expensive to purchase it so people can enjoy their purpose of having the app! Also, this has got to be the slowest DQ there is!! You girls need to move!!

Ordered a strawberry Boston style shake with the center ice cream chocolate they gave it to me me with vanilla I asked if they understood chocolate in the center the girl said did you ask for chocolate I didn't take your order then the girl that took the order started arguing with her I should have just went home and had a boul of icecream I hope when they went in the back they didn't spit in it
