Google does not have their up to date hours. While traveling to the airport, we stopped by this location at 4:38 am. We saw people inside working. The drive thru light was lit up, and a voice greeted us. It asked us if we wanted to try a deal, which we declined. We waited and waited, but no one came on. Finally an additional employee was walking in and rudely told us that they weren’t open. Incredibly disappointing. Please update your hours and maybe not have the drive thru lit up if you are not open.
Always get my coffee. Don't spend money on most foods but Dunkin always be doing the decent price on that Coffee.
Consistently has messed up my orders. And on top of never getting the order right the service is terrible. Workers are rude. Avoid this location if you can.

Just wanna share about how a red headed employee was super rude to the male worker in front of customers. I felt bad for the guy. Yelling at him in front of customers and other workers. Very unprofessional and demeaning.

For the love of God, cut us off. Please. I’m begging you.
Our family has developed what can only be described as a Dunkin’ dependency. The drive-thru team doesn’t even ask for our order anymore—they just see the minivan pull up, sigh like it’s a custody hearing, and start brewing iced coffee on autopilot. My toddler thinks Munchkins are one of the four food groups. My wife’s blood type is now Cold Brew. I once caught myself humming the hold music from the app like it was a hymn.
The staff here is too good at their jobs. Smiles, speed, accuracy—flawless. And that’s the problem. You’ve made it too easy for us to spiral. This isn’t a coffee shop, it’s a casino for the sleep-deprived. We roll up every morning telling ourselves “just one more cup” like it’s not our fourth trip this week.
So yes, five stars. But also—Dunkin’, if you love us, let us go. Put our picture on the wall behind the counter like we’re banned from ordering. Stage an intervention. Otherwise, I’ll be back tomorrow at 7:42 a.m. sharp, pretending it’s “for the kids.”

Half of the donuts I was given were not what I wanted and asked for the $5 meal. Stood around waiting on the meal and they were all just staring at me wondering what I was doing without saying anything. Eventually told them I never got it and then they say you can't get it with that coffee. Think maybe the kid taking the order should let people know when ordering instead of just leaving something off? Maybe just let me pay the difference like I tried to do since it wasn't my fault? Would have just gotten a regular coffee if I knew that. I've worked in fast food so I try to be a little more considerate. Should have saved myself $25 by avoiding this place but now I know based off the service I got from their screw up.

I go to this location usually once a week, it seems like they cannot get it right! Drivethru or going inside it does not matter! Blueberries are not chocolate chips! And “regualr cream cheese” is not “strawberry”… Unsweetened means…. NO SUGAR! Do better! Perhaps they need better training for their staff 🫐vs 🍪…..
Love mt coffee! Sometimes the staff is friendly depends on who you get.

Didn't go here. But I'm sure it's great.
Went through the drive thru with no line ordered a sausage egg croissant and gave me bacon egg croissant when it states on the sticker sausage. The wake up wraps were thrown in the bag leaving stuff to fall out. I get when your busy things happen but this place had nothing going on.

I prefer this location to other coffee chains in the area. One brand is awful and the other Dunkin has rude employees. The last 2 times I was met with a very sweet girl on the drive thru intercom only to have her interrupted by a gentleman who was mean and abrupt. Bro STOP TALKING OVER HER!!! Her service is spot on with a smile. I can't imagine working with/for such a jerk. Calm down my dude.

I placed a order through Uber eats for pickup and the short Indian dude was treating me like I was stupid and I only got 8 munchkins when I paid for 10. I told him I wasn't leaving because I already paid for my coffee and donuts and then on my order I said light ice and he just ignored it. The staff have horrible attitudes.
