Worth the hype. Got chocolate for Valentine's Day for my husband...he said it was the best chocolate he's had in a long time. We'll be back!

You want fine Parisienne chocolate, in Valparaiso Indiana, this is your place. But just because price is low, doesn’t mean quality is. Like I said, it is incredible! I haven’t been at the store, but I’ve enjoyed the chocolates at a few events and one party. Each time, everything I tried was delicious! The treats were pretty, too. Looking forward to trying more in the future.

The worker was nice, but the establishment stunk highly of cigarette smoke. Exponentially more expensive than local bakeries.

Stopped in on a recommendation and was greeted by the incredible owners who I could’ve chatted with all day if I didn’t need to go to work. Im trying to make my chocolates last so I’ve only tried a couple so far but they are INCREDIBLE. Each one is beautiful to the point that it’s almost hard to eat but so worth it when you taste that amazing chocolate! Thank you Susie and Richard! It was a pleasure to meet you both, can’t wait for my next visit ?

Stopped in on the recommendations of family. The lady working was just wonderful. She told us times for leaving the desserts out prior to eating to make sure they were at their best. Prices were very reasonable. We loved, loved "the chocolate dome" because we don't know the actual name. Wonderful experience and we will be back to try other items.

Stopped by whilst visiting from Wales and was greeted by the very friendly and accommodating Suzy. The chocolates and cakes not only looked delicious but tasted just as good as they looked. Highly recommend.

Went here to find wedding favors and decoratives for guests. So many confections to choose from that we still have not decided. Definitely will be deciding in few days. Owner very accommodating. Highly recommend for beautifully crafted, delicious confections for a special occasion. Prices decent.

Chocolate is always amazing. I have my favorites..Their bakery case is delicious as well.Likewise their owners are just as sweet it's always great catching up with them.

My husband and I were in Valpraiso for an afternoon a few years ago. We had a good time but it became great when we found Evolution. Now we travel from Bourbonnais, IL every couple of months to stock up on chocolate and macarons. Richard and Susie are amazing people who really make you feel special. I want to mention that I get chocolates and macarons in every major city I’ve ever gone. Nothing has beaten him yet. We recently came back from vacation in London and Paris. I must say, Richard’s macarons were even better than the ones I had in London and THREE different places I tried them in Paris. The man is a master of his craft.

Hands down one of the best chocolates we’ve tasted. My wife absolutely loves them . The owners are wonderful people. He actually taught me some history about his product and I’m definitely going to be a return customer. I highly recommend….

This is the absolute best place to cure your sweet tooth in Valparaiso and likely beyond. Presentation-wise, everything looks way too good to eat. Don’t let that stop you because everything tastes ridiculously good, including their non-chocolate tarts/cheesecake. It’s even more amazing knowing one person made everything in the shop. Treat yo’self and stop by Evolution ASAP!
