Food and service are always good. Need to take some downtime in between taking care of customers to wipe down the tables so people coming in don't have to clean off a table to use.

Ordered tuna sub large 2 oatmeal cookies and chicken dumpling soup had grub hub deliver it. The tuna sub? Yeah ? Couldn't even find the tuna on the sub much less taste it. Very disappointing . I had Ordered it before and it was amazing, so I thought I would order again. Never again will I order from them.

I always stop at Firehouse subs when I get the chance. The Valparaiso location has consistently good sweet tea which makes it a favorite. Firehouse subs is definitely my favorite place to grab a sub.

Fast service. Clean bathrooms.Great sandwiches. Never been disappointed.

Got the French dip, pick up. They forgot the dip. We called and asked if we could come get it and could they remake the sandwich since it would be cold by the time we got the dip. Nope, they refused. Guess I either have to eat a cold sandwich or a French dip without the dip because their employees screwed up and refused to make things right. 0/10 would not recommend.
