Be more than happy to eat here as long as you are not paying for it yourself. Been here numerous times and in the past it was always good. But this experience, the burger was falling apart was not cooked all the way abs the bun was burnt.The burger had no seasoning whatsoever.The fries were fried hard and had no flavor it felt like I was eating potato chips and the soda machine was flat. Other than that, they were friendly.And it was clean. But food was terrible

I know inflation has kicked in, but it's like above average restaurant prices without the above average service, atmosphere, or memorable dining experience. Great staff. Decent food. But outpriced themselves from my classy fast food budget . . .

I really enjoyed eating here with my husband. Service with a friendly smile! That makes your meal time happy. The decor makes your stay comfortable. They have a wonderful variety of food drink options. The sandwiches are excellent and you get a huge amount of fries. I definitely recommend Five Guys.

I paid $9.60 for a cheeseburger that literally fell apart soon after eating it. Firstly, this double cheeseburger was extremely hard to eat because it was so thick. Secondly, after my first bite a lot of the condiments were falling out of the back and the two patties were slipping out of the bun. It turned out to be a horrible mess with the bun ultimately falling apart. I had to eat half of it with a knife and fork.
And they have the nerve to request a tip when paying with a credit card. No other fast-food franchise does this. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's would never stoop this low.
This was the second Five Guys I went to with the same results. I will not return to any of them.
