Awkward to sit down and then realize the only available Wi-Fi is for Ivy Tech students, a bit weird for a small chain to setup shop but not offer public connections, but I made do with a tasty latte. Again odd they offer no discount for my own glass, weird to aim for college students who famously have no income but plenty of water bottles often on them at all times. No rewards program either, I'm a bit stumped after the other fantastic Fluid locations I've been to the chance they have here to make some lifelong customers is limited. The coffee and service is solid, comfortable quiet atmosphere, and well that menu is missing the seasonal drinks.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and Jordan and Nicole were so welcoming. They helped make suggestions on coffee and tea. The drinks were very well made and Jordan asked if we would like the banana bread we bought warmed up. Such nice personal touches in the coffee shop. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area.

Loved that I could grab a coffee or snack after class, however, today I kindly asked for hot water for my food and the two employees were extremely rude. She told me to grab some from the sink and microwave it with an attitude. They were also really rude to my friends. I may not have purchased anything today but with that kind of rudeness I sure won’t be purchasing anymore.

Hi I just want to say thank you for your outdoor mats and dog bowl water and treats! I've been an occasional customer and have never been disappointed with your drinks or service! But I specifically want to mention, I have become accustomed to lots of water bowls downtown especially during the recent heat wave but I realized on an early walk that none are there in the morning before the restaurants open for lunch! I knew I could count on you guys for my pup!
