Fluid is such a chill place to get some gourmet caffeine. Raddie is always a pleasure and knows exactly which drink to recommend. She also knows how to tear it up with her DJ sets ❤️

Very fun, very chill, and very personable. The art installations are also great. Maddie is by far the best barista at this location. She consistently makes the best drinks, and always remembers a face. She’s very professional, kind, and knows her stuff.
It’s not everyday you can go into a coffee shop and chat with someone about extensive coffee knowledge. It’s really a great place for not only a good ethically sourced product but also a great educational tool. There needs to be more baristas like Maddie that can share their knowledge and talents with fellow coffee connoisseurs without coming across as pretentious or judgmental.

Fluid has the best vibe in downtown Valpo. The coffee’s always solid—smooth espresso, creative seasonal drinks, and everything’s made with care. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax or get work done without feeling rushed. My friend Maddie works here and she’s awesome—super friendly, remembers your order, and makes every visit feel like you’re catching up with a friend. You can tell the staff cares about the space and the people who come in. Definitely my go-to spot in town.

Odd they don't offer discounts for bringing in your own glass but what a stylized and wild atmosphere, industrial Star Wars bar vibes which fits my name perfectly. Grabbed the Nocturnal Blue latte, looked science fiction setup in my tumbler, quite boring to be honest which surprised me considering many previous fantastic Fluid experiences. Perhaps an off day, not much espresso or blueberry notes showed up, could be embarrassed to be seen in such a trippy environment, I still enjoyed the hour working and liked the three hour parking I found a block away.

Couples weekend get away. Had the Doncaster. It was a nice smooth drink. Husband had a coffee with half and half. We usually have heavy cream in our coffee but that was not available here. They offered alternative milks and half and half. I saw several other drinks that I’d for sure give a try. There are a couple other locations. This was a really pace opened on Sunday which seems to be a novelty around Valpo. I would have also had breakfast here with the many choices-but not today. The total for both drinks was around $13

I have been on a real espresso and tonic kick lately and they have a very good strawberry E&T. It is the one on the menu, but I imagine they could make it with any of their flavors that they have
Honestly, best coffee in NWI!! I nearly cried tears of joy when the Novus Ordo made the permanent menu!! A unique drink (I get rhe iced one) that I couldn't get anywhere else. Their Voodoo is also excellent, hot or iced! I love the rotating art of local artists that grace the café's walls, the pins and trinkets available for purchase, and how friendly the staff always is. I've never once been wronged here, and doubt I ever will. Y'all gotta try them at least once!!! I just wish they had a location on my way to work, then I'd be there every day!
