The food was all good, but the waitress was really uncaring and rude. She spilt food and didn’t clean up, just left it on our table. We were Ignored mostly all the time, and not even checked up on. The food also took an extremely long time to arrive, and when it did they messed up the order, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes.
The male that sat us was amazing and the girl with the red hair was amazing. Everyone else was rude and literally wouldn’t talk to me and my boyfriend. we’re very kind to servers and tip well so seeing them be angry with us from the start was a shock. The food is amazing but it just ruins the experience when you say thank you and your drinks get slammed onto the table and ignored. I literally had to call over the girl with the red hair to get food because they weren’t checking...
FURIN is a staple on this area. Being vegan, it's very uplifting that I can order numerous things from the menu! The food is so yummy, ESPECIALLY the rolls!
The staff is truly amazing, & so polite and helpful!
Sake is delicious, and they hv a wide variety of drinks.
But my fav part of my visits .. is the music.
