Helen’s Cafe the Breakfast Club

Warm & friendly, attentive staff with an adorable country chic atmosphere. Food was delicious, as well. I got the #6, 8oz. ribeye, eggs & hash browns and the bf got the country skillet with scrambled eggs. Our waitress was bubbly and attentive. The ONLY negative comment I have is about 1/4 of my ribeye was fat, which can just be the cut. But we will absolutely be back. Its a cute little place next door to El Sabor Poblano Market. Give it a try!

Went this past Saturday, food was great! There was only one waitress to tend to approximately six tables, no big deal. Since she was busy, I went up to pay and while up there, I asked the small-statured lady at the register if she would mind grabbing me a to-go box for my fiance and herself.

To my surprise after I went and sat back down, this lady at the cash register watched the SINGLE waitress responsible for half a dozen table tend to THREE more tables before interrupting her when she came to mine and told her that I needed two to-go boxes instead of simply grabbing them herself.

Mind you, while the waitress was struggling to keep up, the lady at the register was openly staring at her phone rather than helping. May return sometime in the future, but will not be in a hurry if we have to watch workers struggle because others blatantly refuse to assist them.

Always have a wonderful experience at Helen’s Café. Food is excellent and the atmosphere so friendly. Today, I saw Helen chatting with a mom and her young son, bringing him many smiles and laughter. Thank you Helen!

This place is SUCH a hidden gem. It might be easy to miss from view but MAKE SURE YOU DONT! The food was SO GOOD, we ordered the All-Star Skillet and the Oreo Waffle and both were incredible! The food came out quickly and the service we got was very kind. The waffle was airy and light so it wasnt heavy or hard on the stomach, and the whipped cream was tasty. The skillet was exactly what I needed for a hardy savoury breakfast food. It was perfectly buttery and was also not bad on the stomach! Definitely come give this place a visit!!

if anyone has a complaint about this place, they have no idea what good food is. Every meal (about 10 at least) has been excellent. The breakfast is great the salads are the best in town. To those of you that gave bad reviews in the past-please stay away-leave the good food for us good food lovers. Very clean-great people working there. Service is on time- always has been.
