Back in January, I had a major jaw replacement surgery. Island Nutrition was what I drank for several weeks and played a huge role in my recovery journey. I definitely had my favorite protein shakes, but can also say there wasn't a shake I didn't like! I cannot express how thankful I am for this local business! The owner was so kind every time I stepped through the door. He genuinely cares for each person's well being. One of our friends stopped in to purchase a gift card for me. The owner had inquired about the card because a few others had been in to purchase cards for me as well. She shared my story and he matched it! This will definitely be a local business our family continues to support!

This is literally my favorite nutrition place to go to! They have a drink for everyone. As well as protein snacks. They even have pre made juices. But today I tried the blue lotus drink and I loved it. It is suppose to be natural plant based energy and I didn't get a crash from it or the jitters! Definitely getting it again. A great energy drink alternative.

The owner Scott is awesome and every one of his employees is great too. They have the best customer service and after going here for over a year they know me by name and even know my favorite smoothies. Their smoothies, protein balls and immune strength drinks are all delicious. He even sells Mitzner Meats which is really good, local meat. He sells local honey which I buy also. I highly recommend you stop here and see all the good stuff he has.

I’m surprised we didn’t discover this place sooner, the owner helped each of us pick drinks and our 1 1/2-year-old who is very picky loved her strawberry banana smoothie. The food looks high-quality, it’s non GMO and there’s no sugar added. Honey is locally sourced. We will be back again!
