Took thirty minutes for them to deliver two sandwiches wit 1 actual slice of meat on each. Thanks for the veggie sandwich with a slice of meat.
Oh and you didn't bring the right drink.
0-10 first time happening here so I hope you reconsider management.

Ordered four sandwiches to go and the guy tossed the sandwiches at me. I asked him if they have bags and he said there they are right there. Wish I could’ve left the tip after they provided a service.

They delivered to the wrong address and never reached out to let me know. I had to call in after not receiving my order for 45 minutes.

If your ordering two off the same sandwiches? Go with the giant and save a little. The giant #16 is delicious 😋

You know the food’s fine. But these guys just seriously piss me off. Placed a delivery order right? Look I understand not everyone leaves tips. I happened to forget, but how are you going to call me and ASK for a tip? Are we actually serious? Rude as hell.

The workers are all very friendly and not a fake friendly. They engage with their customers and not in a phony customer service way. Apparently EMS gets free meals which they go out of their way to make sure you get your discount which is awesome most places have discounts for stuff like this but the workers dont know or they dont honor it without you asking and no one's gonna go out of their way to ask. But a free healthy meal on shift is a refreshing change to work. Love the atmosphere the staff uphold

Typical Jimmy John's, Freaky Fast. Ordered my #6 with all the extra veggies and by the time I got down to the fountain drinks to pour my Dr Pepper, he'd called my sandwich and was placing it on the counter for me.
It was super tasty, as always. I got the combo meal this time, with salt & vinegar chips and a drink, and I couldn't eat the whole sandwich, even though I REALLY wanted to... For a franchise, these guys are great. Definitely a restaurant you can count on to be a good meal when you're not sure what else to pick from. I wish they had been around when I was attending VU. We would have been in here every day, probably.

The toasted sandwiches are terrible wet soggy soupy messes. If you order one make sure to remove anything wet from the ingredients and add all your sauces later.

Also have fun with your bag and sandwich wrapper because it is going go leak through and drip all over you.
