Ordered four sandwiches to go and the guy tossed the sandwiches at me. I asked him if they have bags and he said there they are right there. Wish I could’ve left the tip after they provided a service.
You know the food’s fine. But these guys just seriously piss me off. Placed a delivery order right? Look I understand not everyone leaves tips. I happened to forget, but how are you going to call me and ASK for a tip? Are we actually serious? Rude as hell.
The workers are all very friendly and not a fake friendly. They engage with their customers and not in a phony customer service way. Apparently EMS gets free meals which they go out of their way to make sure you get your discount which is awesome most places have discounts for stuff like this but the workers dont know or they dont honor it without you asking and no one's gonna go out of their way to ask. But a free healthy meal on shift is a refreshing change to work. Love...
