This place is super cool. Food was good. Service was ok. They were really busy so you can’t bland there servers. The grounds were really cool. I would definitely recommend a visit. We were there for the art fair. I really enjoyed it.

Unfortunately this place has missed the mark. We have dined in multiple times, and unfortunately the service has always fell short. Tonight we dined in and we waited 30 mins to get our drinks (2 beers and 2 vodka club sodas). The runner then served us the wrong appetizer which we had sent back before even placed on the table. We finally got our drinks 5 mins before our food arrived. Waters were empty on the table. The lack of service was truly disappointing. I can understand in a “new” restaurant there are corks that need to be worked out but after dining 3+ times there’s clearly a lack of expectations from their management and staff.

Went for Halloween here weekend before Halloween. They ran out of drinks and improvised and tbh it wasn’t delicious. Cool venue, spooky dj, great costumes. I’d come back.

My husband surprised me with a date night here and I couldn’t have asked for a better night! The lighting and ambiance in the air was incredible and truly romantic. Our server Kristian K. was fantastic and was extremely attentive and helpful. I didn’t care for one of the drinks i ordered and he immediately noticed and got me a new one and took the old drink off the tab! 10/10 would recommend!!!

My wife and I visited last night and had a great experience. Sat at the bar and Jordan did a great job serving us and handing a full rail. The cocktails were perfect, and food was timely and well made. Had the smash burger and French dip, both were good. Highly recommend checking out this amazing investment into Valpo!

Stopped by on my way home from a trip. I love the Three Oaks, Michigan location so I was curious how this would compare. This place is fantastic, I cannot recommend it enough. The amazing bartender, Cassie, recommended the White Chapel Kolsch and it did not disappoint. I had the smash burger and devoured it before I could take a picture. I am definitely coming back with friends to take advantage of the outdoor area and a tour.

My family and I looking forward to visit this place for a long time. We finally gathered 7 members of our family to go. Unfortunately we had a bad experience. The waiter was cruelest in explaining the difference dishes we were interested. She took our drink order and we waited 30 minutes to get it. Unfortunately she got me the wrong drink :( I wanted to let her know it was the wrong drink but she was no where to be found. We waited and waited for her to take our order and for her to get me the right drink. We were about to leave when she finally appeared to take our order.
The food was a disaster:(
My Chicken Southwest salad had No Chicken and No dressing, my son in law steak was so tiny that we were all disappointed specially how pricey it was. My friend order the Roasted Chicken Limoncello and it was sooo dry. It was not a rotisserie chicken it was a dry chicken breast that was not edible. At least the French fries were good and a coke drink I had to order due my drink was never the right one nor it was never replaced:/
So sad this was our experience and I truly hope the management of this beautiful place pay attention to these things because people like myself will never return. What a shame and disappointment :(

Beautiful renovations made this iconic brick factory into the venue it is today. The restaurant itself is kid friendly and they even have a kids club if interested. We had a very nice meal and ordered the corn fritters, broccoli, Mac and cheese, and a chicken sandwich. All were very good. Recommend trying one of their whiskey flights while visiting, or you can choose one of the mocktails options.

Dinner was delicious. Mashed potatoes, baked chicken, mushrooms, Brussel sprouts, dinner rolls, salad.

First time at Journeymans, it was a great experience. Higher side on pricing but worth it for what you get. Ordered a mule, which sorry to say was bad, but waitress who was excellent by the way, comped my drink got an old fashioned and was on point. Kid friendly place, nice outside area, would come back again forsure.

We were impressed with Journeyman at American Factory. The grounds and buildings are quite impressive. They have created a phenomenal space while maintaining historical significance. We would like to give Kudos to Daniel for making us feel welcome and part of the family. Our food was delicious and the whiskey is Fabulous. I have enjoyed Corsets Whips and whiskey for several years as I first tasted at three oaks location. We have been on more than a dozen distillery tours across the US. We stayed an extra day just for the tour and tasting experience. Mandy was our guide and she is easily in the top two guides we have enjoyed. The tasting at Journeyman is the best not only because their products are exceptional, but they also offer the greatest variety of spirits to taste. We highly recommend Journeyman, Daniel, Mandy, and all the other great staff we interacted with. Thank you!

Cool place with good cocktails and the food was decent. Our waitress was Trisha and she was wonderful and very helpful. Will definitely be back.
