Just bought a few meals and really wished I looked at the ingredients. Lean kitchen advertises as convenient health food. Personally I’m very overwhelmed with the amount of ingredients listed. May be convenient and decent tasting food, but the ingredient list is not clean and is full of a bunch of unnecessary, inflammatory, and unhealthy ingredients. To list a few off, corn syrup, seed oils, glycerides, artificial flavors and colors, xanthan gum, propylene glycol.

So disappointed I wasted my money.

Lean Kitchen is our saving grace! Not only can I get amazing breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks my husband can get all his protein and sides in bulk. As if that already wasn't a lot you can get protein and supplements. Your one stop shop. Owners are hands on and extremely knowledgeable!

I went to the Lean Kitchen to look for some healthier food options to take to work. I work mostly as an ER nurse but I float to other critical care areas at night so it's hard to find healthy food that actually taste good. Well, the Lean Kitchen has solved that problem. I got some meals to try and they are delicious and they meet my nutritional needs. Justin was so nice and professional and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome. My home store is the Valparaiso location. Justin the owner is usually there when I stop in. Justin is going places he’s an amazing owner, down to earth to chat with as well as his staff are nothing but kind.I love the convince of picking out my meals when I drop in especially when I don’t have time to cook. I can’t wait to use the online site to pick out more yummy meals.I can’t recommend this place to get fresh yummy meal along with a great chat. I have been looking for a food service when I don’t have time to cook. I have found the perfect place.I am also excited that they carry my 1st Phorm supplements. So when I’m a crunch I can get my supplements and meals at the same time.
