If I could give zero stars for the service I received here the customer service is absolutely horrible the way I have been treated here is uncalled for Everyone is always in a bad mood or acting like you're annoying them or bothering them there's never any sauce on the pizza even now when I specify to add extra sauce they still put no sauce and overcook the pizza every single time I just ordered pizza for my son's birthday and it is overcooked no sauce I call and get a girl who was very little help and had an attitude acting like I was bothering her and I'm not usually one to complain and we'll just eat what I'm given but this was for a birthday party and the customer service that I always receive here is just uncalled for

Here is the burnt pizza we received tonight and the short dark haired lady that took the order was very rude to my husband. Apparently customer service is hard for the employees at location. Customer service is key and maybe there should be more training for better customer service skills

I had a really upsetting experience yesterday at this location. I was a walk-in customer, and the employee working was alone and clearly overwhelmed, which I understood and was patient about. I even apologized during the ordering process and waited the full time I was told to return. When I came back, the situation was uncomfortable. The employee was visibly angry--throwing items around, cutting and boxing pizzas aggressively, and openly complaining out loud. She stopped working on my order to deal with a DoorDash driver and was extremely rude to him as well. A second employee eventually arrived, but the interaction continued to escalate and ended in a verbal exchange as I was leaving. I understand being short-staffed and stressed, but taking that frustration out on customers and delivery drivers isn't acceptable. These two employees wouldn't be the people I'd like representing my company.

I placed my order online, and arrived at the time I asked for it to be completed. When I came into the store, the person making pizzas didn’t even look up or say hello. I waited about 2 minutes and finally said, ā€œHello?ā€ The employee finally looked at me and said, ā€œyes?ā€ I said I had placed an order online but my name wasn’t on the pickup machine. She stated that my order was ā€œhugeā€ (3 pizzas and 2 crazy bread) and said very rudely, ā€œI said I’d be with you in a minuteā€. Well, no you didn’t - you didn’t even greet me, nor the other customer who came in after me. I responded, ā€œno need to be rudeā€. When she brought my order to me, I asked her name which she said was Angie, and asked me why I wanted her name. Well, Angie (if that’s your real name as you had no name tag on) you are the rudest customer service representative I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. I hope the owner or your manager sees this review. We won’t be back. Ever.

Customers expect the food to be good.

night shift seems to do good.

went today on day shift and complete poor food quality and poor customer service.
Therefore I recommend only night shift according to what I've experienced here.

I placed an order to pick up a pizza and an order of crazy bread through the app, get there to pick it up and the kid working the front register looked at me and told me it’s already been picked up, I said not by me..then he paused like he wasn’t sure what to do, he had them make another pizza and I sat there and waited and then when my order was finally made I asked for 2 sides of garlic sauce and I asked if I could have them on the house since they gave my order away. He made me feel like it was my problem someone else picked it up, he literally said ā€œI mean, they said your name exactly.ā€ He put them up on the counter and said you can just have them I don’t really care. I will not be returning to this location I don’t like that they made me feel like it was my fault someone else took my order. I usually don’t say anything or ask for anything free or to be refunded when something gets messed up at a restaurant. The customer service there was a 0 out of 10.

I attempted to order online first but wanted sausage instead of pepperoni and it doesn’t allow you online to switch it on the stix-n-cheese so I called in to place the order. (9:16 pm to be exact). Got through the order, total was $27 and change, $5 more then online. When I asked why it was $27 they said ā€œfranchise feeā€, so I redid my order online since that’s not a thing online and it’s $23 and change. The problem here now is that because it was 9:32 it would not allow me to place the order online. I called them back, the guy said let me get you to the boss- boss gets on the phone and said ā€œyeah it’s past 9:30 but you can walk in and I can serve you a pepperoni or sausage pizza, but orders are done at 9:30. Now they KNEW I had called several minutes prior, 2 minutes cost you a customer. How tacky this customer service is!

If I could give a minus I would. Female staffer was absolutely the worst employee as far as customer service. When I asked her name she wanted to know why and refused to tell me, went off on me when I said she was rude and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave Food wasn’t for me so I can’t honestly rate.

Was not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Girl taking my order seemed bothered that she had to take my order. Pizza was rubbery and tasted like it was in the warmer for awhile and more expensive then most pizza places in town The wings were decent but again more expensive then most places in town
