While they really are just prioritizing bigger orders when my stuff was just sitting there. I literally saw her put it together it was just on the counter. Just crazy that my food was going to sit there another 15 minutes until they felt like getting it together. So, I end up getting lukewarm food. I keep telling myself to avoid this place. Used to be quick and efficient.
I only got my food after insisting I had gotten an alert on my order being ready that's when she made the effort to actually look. The portal was full, and my order was counter pick only due to that.

i was having a horrible day, so i went to just get myself some crazy bread to cheer me up and im so glad i did. in exchange for less than $4 they bestowed upon me the hottest, freshest, most delicious breadsticks ive ever eaten. it was an out of body experience. after such a bad day these were just what i needed. i sat in my car and cried over how thankful i was for these underpaid high schoolers. days like these remind me that fast food workers are the backbone of society. you guys rule those bread sticks made my entire day

I order a pizza with olives and mushrooms and got a pizza with olives and onions they said they'd fix it and than gave me a pizza with mushrooms and onions and it was a horrible experience

I ordered over the phone for pickup, and I was told 10-15 minutes. Instead of that, it took almost 40 minutes. Whilst I was in there, I saw the workers throwing around my pizza. My pizza ended up in one of the cabinets where it keeps the food warm. I then had to go up to the counter about 20 minutes after I originally asked how long. The worker then grabs my food out of the cabinet. Please keep track of the customers' food.

It was 9:30 they still had a half hour before they closed they picked up and hung up right away bad for business
This location never has “hot and ready” pizzas ready. The employees don’t care and just work slower while you wait. NO GLOVES and HAIR EVERYWHERE! Apparently there is no manager or owner to verify their employees are doing a good job, the place is dirty inside, half the outdoor sign doesn’t even light up. Owners obviously do not take pride in their establishment. Sad!

I love pizza and consider myself a good judge. If I want good pizza, I'm not ordering Little Caesars; I'm ordering from a local shop. However, if I'm looking for a quick, frozen pizza type of night pizza fix, I will pass through LC for a cheap hot n' ready. The problem with this store is that they NEVER have hot n' ready pizzas. I've waited to post a review on the chance that my experiences were simply coincidences but this evening I stopped in after mowing my lawn and it was more of the same. Tonight was the 7th time in the past 6-8 weeks that I've popped in to grab a pizza. I simply walked out and went to jimmy John's instead. Is this a strategy to clean up margins or is staff simply not working - I don't know. I think most people would agree with me that LC has done well differentiating themselves with having pizza at the ready but if this store is going to rely exclusively on online orders, they are going to see a deficit as they are not serving what provides the 'why' people like myself would choose LC over an actual pizzeria. I will amend that there are a lot of apartment people nearby that may allow for this store to be an exception with online orders vs hot n ready.

The Valparaiso store night staff is terrible!! I had to get a refund cause they charged me for things I didn't order. There is an employee there wit dreadlocks hanging in his face. Another employee was wearing leggings. I actually think she is the manager. No hot and ready pizzas at all. Clearly this staffing doesn't care at all! I give actually 0 stars!! Awful experience!!

They couldn't make a deep dish pizza if you held a gun to their head. I had to repeat myself twice for them to cook it in the oven extra AND IT WAS STILL RAW DOUGH.twice this has happened at this place. Even the replacement pizza was raw.Not to mention popsicle boy sucking down a Popsicle and stroking his greasy hair then handling food. Absolutely horrendous. No amount of remodeling or beautification can cover up the nastiness of this place.

I ordered a deep dish pizza yesterday that looked nothing like a deep dish pizza. It was hardly deep. They used the wrong dough. The dough they did use was also under cooked. The pizza was extremely small in size.
