Service sucks. Workers refused to get off the phone to assist customers. Feels the need that they need to text and call their best friends on the clock than to actually work. Not worth the time for hot and ready.

This store has been horrible lately. Purchased 2 pizzas, bread sticks and sauce. My order was taken so they had to remake it but to them they had credit me back and remade it. Waited even longer for my order. My bread sticks sat on the table the whole time but (they were cold when I brought them to the car) was told someone just made them which I don't believe. Then one of my pizzas were soft and cheese hardly melted on the pizza. Was told there was nothing they can do cause they already credited me for someone else taking my order. I wasn't the only unhappy customer tonight there. I asked to speak to another manager she stated he will say the same thing. This is honestly the saddest thing I've seen. Giving people orders that are unsatisfied and being okay with it.

* edit to add... I called after work and the manager said she had already taken care of the refund. And that was it. She did not try to apologize for the mixed up order or any kind of inconvenience that I experienced because of that and she told me that if people would work there wouldn't be so many problems.
So extremely unprofessional!
They did not have my order ready even though I got a confirmation email. It took way longer than usual. Then I'm told that my order is not correct. They put my ticket on somebody else's pizza. And that it would take 20 minutes to get it ready. I have been waiting over 25 minutes so I did not get to eat lunch today bc I had to get back to work.
And the guy at the cash register didn't know how to do a refund or cancellation. So now I'm out money and still didn't get lunch!
He was going to take my name and phone number but that was taking too long. So I asked for the manager's name. Got that and then I asked for the phone number and he didn't know what it was.

Everytime I come here no one wants to make crazy bread fresh nobody wants bread that’s been sitting because you make it an hour before I get here! Poor management and the staff is horrible! I will be contacting corporate everyday til someone fixes the craziness at this little Caesar !!! This is me at the door and pulling both sides it’s locked then she comes after they see me recording and it’s not acceptable for a business !!! No way ! I wanted zero stars this is every night! This place needs new management!

We ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks plus sauces for delivery
. Order was delivered with a picture showing that only the pizza was delivered. Called and explained what happened. Even told the manager I had the picture that was sent to my phone for proof. Was told there is nothing they would do for me. Won't be ordering again.

We our from out of town, stopped at this local Little Cesar my daughter has allergies to tomato we kindly asked for a pizza without tomato and instead with garlic butter the associate attending my father and I was nice however a very rude coworker or manager with eye glasses budded in and said no they wouldn’t do that for us. The woman was unprofessional and rude with a negative attitude uncalled for definitely unnecessary. Make matters worse they don’t wear gloves while preparing the pizza geez , corporate I hope you read these reviews and rethink the staff you have working here.

Pizza was 15 mins past online pick up time and the crust was completely raw and falling apart on the bottom. The pizza looked like it was cut by a four year old. Should have checked it out in the store before driving home but after waiting for so long I was happy to get the food and leave. This location is a mess.
