McAlister's Deli

I ordered delivery for my husband who was working through the McAlister app. Not DoorDash. They delivered the food made wrong. I called 4 times 3 of which I was hung up on. Then I was told to call DoorDash. I explained I didn’t order through DoorDash. He told Me the manager said “they were to busy to deal with me” I’d have to drive there. If you order delivery it’s for a reason usually because you can’t get to the store. I asked him to refund my money and he told me to drive there. I asked if they could just remake the food the correct way and send it back out and he said drive there. I’ve contacted corporate to refund my money and now have to wait for the store to approve it. If you’re going to charge a service fee, delivery fee and a driver tip at least send the food correctly. If my order isn’t refunded I will dispute the charge with my bank. Don’t order delivery here!!!! To hang up on a customer 3 times is beyond unprofessional when I was being completely respectful. Busy or not you still have to take care of customers who have paid.

We had the angus club and shared it. It was enough for the two of us. I had the potato salad and my husband had the broccoli cheddar cheese soup. Everything was delicious! We wanted to get the carrot cake but they were out so we got the red velvet cheese cake, oh my! It was so good! Customer service was top notch! Everyone was very nice! When we pass through again, this will be my go to.

I visited McAlister’s on a busy Sunday afternoon, and even with the rush, the staff remained professional and attentive. There were a few missing parts of our order, but the team immediately addressed our concerns and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was corrected. They went above and beyond to ensure we left satisfied—even surprising us with a sweet treat for the long wait.

In a world where good staff is hard to find, the employees at this location truly stand out. They are dedicated, friendly, and professional, and it makes all the difference. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I order on the app so I don't have to wait in line.
Absolutely zero Organization for pickups.
After finally getting somebody's attention I asked for my order which was just a drink, and she couldn't find it and she goes to have your receipt and I said I ordered it online, she turned her back on me and ignored me.
Like I'm just going to disappear..
I left without my drink because the place was busy and I don't think I should have to wait 10 minutes for a simple drink

They wiped out my points without any notice. Won't be going back.

Server's were very good...sandwich not so much. I ordered and Italian and asked to hold vinegar and oil because I wasn't going to eat it for a few hours. Sandwich was very small with little meat, as compared to Jimmy Johns, Firehouse and Jersey Mikes. The bread was soggy and the lettuce wilted and brown in color. Way overpriced for the size and quality...$10.89 for a six inch Italian Sub!!!

Great little shop, has so much more than I expected, would definitely go a third time

Came in with a few reward which was an entree. I purchased a kids meal with drink and a side. Came out to be 11 dollars. Geez I paid it off course but was a little irritated that it still came out that much. The manager on duty made it better by giving my son a cookie and brownie for free. Super nice of them so the customer service was great. Food was still good😀👍

Excellent service. Thoughtful employees that are extremely attentive. The food is very good. A step above a deli. Nice seasonal changes adding new foods. I’m impressed. Oh my goodness, their desserts are unexpectedly delicious. Their carrot cake challenges the best of them. Visit and enjoy. Quite an extensive menu, they are happy to make custom changes, as in, have it your way!! Thomas is an expert at managing everything, dotting every I in the restaurant. Just exceptional. Robert has been here 2 1/2 years and is an expert at the menu and meeting people with the most wonderful disposition. Kudos to the owners. This is a happy place to visit! 🙌🎉👏🎊

The food, the workers and the experience is excellent. They are very accommodating and one of my favorite restaurants. I love and appreciate those guys!
