Workers got my order wrong twice I had to go back through the drive through then when i go back to the window the rude manager says “last thing im giving you extra guys” they didn’t give me any extra food and got my order wrong.

Waited 30 mins for 1 large fry in the curbside spot. Went inside to see if that would help speed things up but employees would not communicate if they had my order or not. Didn’t seem like they wanted customers.

Wonderful people this shift! December 1st, around 8:45pm. Sweet compliments which aren’t required but were appreciated during a rough day, and they even had me check how much ketchup they gave me to make sure it was enough. Order was perfect!

I went the previous day and they messed up my order by missing an item but the lady told me to check and I was like no worries and that I trust them but little did I know they missed my 6 piece chicken nugget. Then I came back the next day and told them I was missing them I said I have the receipt but they said no worries just take them and I was super happy

I went to calumet avenue and got my food they got the fries and cheeseburger the fries were good but the cheeseburger has cheese with buns I will come back here someday

Don’t go 25 minutes for a big breakfast. People standing at the counter waiting to order for 20 minutes being told there is no one to help them people asking for refunds because of the wait times and are told there are no managers to help you very poor experience for all who were there at 10:00 am on 8/3/2025
