I went the previous day and they messed up my order by missing an item but the lady told me to check and I was like no worries and that I trust them but little did I know they missed my 6 piece chicken nugget. Then I came back the next day and told them I was missing them I said I have the receipt but they said no worries just take them and I was super happy

always mess up my order everytime i go and the workers are always mean when confronted. also one time i was waiting in like for the drive thru and one side was going while my side was stuck and they just kept saying to wait while the other side was going through. then when we confronted the manager they were upset we told them. go to the other ones in valpo

Don’t go 25 minutes for a big breakfast. People standing at the counter waiting to order for 20 minutes being told there is no one to help them people asking for refunds because of the wait times and are told there are no managers to help you very poor experience for all who were there at 10:00 am on 8/3/2025

This place has gone to the wolves. The front counter doesn't even have a cashier. You have to wait and wait and then wait some more. It's interesting how employees could care less that you're there. They wont even acknowledge your presence. ALL that matters to them is the drive thru. But don't think the service is any better there. The employees are overworked and the attitudes are poor, to say the least. I decided to time my orders. The first one took 17 minutes for a lousy filet of fish meal. The second order took 11 minutes. Customer service is nonexistent. However, there are a few nice employees who work their butt off. I'm done with this place. You can barely get a meal for less than $11. Take a family and see what it costs you! I won't even go into the poor quality of the food.The owner should be ashamed of this place.

They Forgot my shake, after re waiting in line in drive thru for about 20 mins. I asked for a fresh Fri bc by then they were cold. The employee went to the manager to get approval when the manager declined!!! (Really?) Not friendly about it at all made me feel like I was a burden and made the mistake. My family literally spends a ton there and from here on out the lost ALL of our business.

I ordered a frappe on the app. There was a line in the drive-thru. I get to the window and it's not even made. What's the point in ordering ahead and waiting in a line if it isn't made? And then the employee was sarcastic. I called him on it. I took my drink and didn't say a word bc I was in a hurry and he made a comment about that. It's sad that no one enforces good customer service any longer. This was the location in Valparaiso, IN on Calumet. Always issues there.
