This McDs is scared of drive thru volume so they send you to a parking spot to wait for your order even when there's 1 car behind you in line. Got my food 30 seconds after parking, how is sending a worker to walk out with it more efficient?

Wow , could the person bringing out the orders to curbside be any less friendly or less welcoming . She brought out the off of stood at my car handed the food in and walked away with absolutely no words no smile nothing . Wow

Have had quite a few negative experiences here- but always tried to give the benefit of the doubt. The team here used to be so warm and seemed a lot happier, something I appreciated about the location.
Unfortunately today will be my last visit. Came in at about 3 to a store staffed with maybe three people in the middle of the post-school rush! Absolutely NOT enough team members… service was slow and uncharacteristically straight forward, to say it nicely. The older woman delivering our meal forgot our drink, we went inside but there was already a line there too. My husband and I looked around and decided, in that moment, this location is not worth supporting. Just order at one of the other few in town, hopefully owned by different people. It’ll save you more trouble than you realize 😬

My friend and i went there drive-thru for a late night meal and were extremely shocked by the woman who took our orders, her name was ashley (unsure about her last name but she looked pretty old for her age)- she was so rude to us simply because my friend had a hijab on? Since when McDonalds allow their staff to be blatantly racist like that? Disgusting never coming back

Stopped at the drive thru for breakfast..didn't get my sausage egg and cheese bagel that I paid for...McD on US 30 in Valpo...had to wait 10 mins for my order...probably won't be back
Usually do great but lately there's been new hires that are pulling the "we don't serve frappes/machine broken" bs, so that kinda sucks

If you can't keep the mocha frappe machine working just stop selling them. The past 3 times I made a special trip to get one I waited in line just to get one I find out machine down. Put a sign up easy

My wife and I haven’t been to a McDonald’s restaurant in years. We decided to stop here and ordered two quarter pounders deluxe, one with cheese and the other without cheese. And a large fries. That was it. At the pickup window we were handed a bag. When we got home it contained a Big Mac, a plain quarter pounder and no fries. I know, next time check the bag before leaving the window. Never again. We’ve never had a problem at Culver’s.

I ordered delivery. The chicken big Mac was not good. I don't blame the workers. It's just not a good sandwich. I do blame the workers for giving me dog shit fries though. I never order McDonald's. And won't again. All I wanted was a McRib. Unavailable online they said.
