Ordered from the app and they forgot my fries. Also the complaint process is needlessly difficult, probably by design. They oughta make the missing items process similar to Popeyes, which is incredibly consumer friendly.

I go here almost every day for lunch, but this time when I ordered a large sweet tea I got unsweet. I told them as soon as I noticed, but they instead had me try warm tea like it was any sweet. They refused to try their drink machine even with their manager hovering over them and then gave me a can of Sprite instead of a large cold drink. I will not be back.
Forgets things often, theres noone at the drive through usually around nighttime around eight or 9 o’clock at night and I’m sitting in the drive-through waiting for someone to take my order even though there’s no line and don’t understand why they have me pull in front of the building when there’s no one behind me when I could just wait out the window bad service food is alright

I chose curbside pickup bc the drive through line was very long. I've been waiting over 8 minutes & still do not have my food. Has to go in & get it bc it took so long. I mobile ordered before I left work so it should have been ready. I went in & still had to wait another 5 minutes.

Look at this “chocolate” shake. I tried to mix it, but all it did was dissolve the whipped cream. Not to mention the top 5 inches of the cup were empty. Lazy and ridiculous.
