I go here almost every day for lunch, but this time when I ordered a large sweet tea I got unsweet. I told them as soon as I noticed, but they instead had me try warm tea like it was any sweet. They refused to try their drink machine even with their manager hovering over them and then gave me a can of Sprite instead of a large cold drink. I will not be back.

Forgets things often, theres noone at the drive through usually around nighttime around eight or 9 o’clock at night and I’m sitting in the drive-through waiting for someone to take my order even though there’s no line and don’t understand why they have me pull in front of the building when there’s no one behind me when I could just wait out the window bad service food is alright

I chose curbside pickup bc the drive through line was very long. I've been waiting over 8 minutes & still do not have my food. Has to go in & get it bc it took so long. I mobile ordered before I left work so it should have been ready. I went in & still had to wait another 5 minutes.

Everything at this McDonald's appears middle class compared to other Donald's I've been to. Here I've regularly been pulled forward away from the window even for just an order of fries. I've been to some McDonald's where it truly is in and out like how fast food was originally meant to be. Most times the food is old and lukewarm. My sandwiches tend to be rather messy just like the meme I've seen joking about how they make their sandwiches. I don't say anything about any of this because what should I expect from a fast food joint. A restaurant would be different. I guess it's just like Mama says, "You get what you pay for."
So before me a guy had returned his sandwhich I didn’t hear why he did but I found out shortly after when he seen me in the parking lot throw my food out and at that point I had already been waiting 25 mins for a sandwhich and 2 drinks, got my food and drink was waiting another 10mins for my other drink when I asked the cashier she had attitude and said of course I’m waiting on my drink I’m waiting for my food I said I had my food. Got out in my car to eat my sandwhich when I opened it literally someone had taken a bite out of it so I threw it in there parking lot along with my drinks because if there serving food like that god knows what there doing to the drinks so I will not be eating at this McDonald’s again….

Poor ran establishment. Always forgetting something or getting wrong order. Today ordered online waited 10 minutes forgot something. Went inside for daughter’s happy meal. Waited 20 minutes to get helped in counter poor lady with 2 toddlers waiting to place order . Wasn’t even greeted was told to use kiosk once a customer behind her asked if we could get service. Done with this place won’t come back again will drive extra 5 minutes for next Macdonalds.
