JUST ordered food in the drive thru for a family of 5. Was told to pull around and wait for food, and they completely FORGOT about our order. Got the old, we're soo sorry we'll have it right out. Brought the food out and still forgot a quarter pounder for one of the meals. Was offered a couple apple pies for the inconvenience. Place clearly poorly managed and an overall embarrassment to the business. I will hold up the entire line waiting at the window moving forward due to your negligence.

Every time I go to this McDonald for the past year they mess up my order by not making it right forgetting to put something on my food don’t add extra pickles or onion and 1 pickle isn’t extra pickles or they forget to put an entire sandwich in my bag one time they forgot to put 2 sandwiches of the 4 items I bought and paid for in the bag and you always have to ask for your drink. The entire staff needs to be fired

Everything was great. I cannot be for 100% certain on the atmosphere, but from the phone call alone, I would say it was amazing We ordered through the McDonald's App and were greeted by the greatest DoOrDash McDelivery Driver. The food was phenomenal. Also, I did not get her name, but the woman who answered my phone call about adding jelly and steak sauce on the side was great, too. Thank you so much for an amazing experience yall. Keep doing your thing!!! May God bless you all and have a God•Tastic Day!!!

Waited forever for a simple cheeseburger. Was warned how hot it might be yet served ice cold French fries with it. Had to wait in line twice. Good times. 😐

Tonight, 7/18/25 horrible wait time. The young employees are confused and can't keep up with drive thru. The manager on duty is not running the drive Thru and cook line efficiently. I waited almost 30 mins for my food. They forgot some of my order and then had to wait another 10mins without being compensated. Awful! Very disappointed.

RIDICULOUS wait-times; both times I've been here this week, I've waited over 20 minutes for a HAPPY MEAL - nothing more. You are literally ignored when you're standing there waiting for your order. The entire store is FILTHY. There's no sense of order or cleanliness maintained here whatsoever. Both myself and other people (each visit) have been ignored to the point of frustration and when addressed, are made to feel like WE are really the problem. Absolutely and utterly RIDICULOUS.
