I had such a great experience in the drive thru line this morning at the Valparaiso McDonalds by Target that I felt I had to leave a review. Both team members that I interacted with were absolutely delightful....smiles on their faces and voices, very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. They really brightened my day and it was a breath of fresh air from what seems to be the norm now-a-days. I wish I knew their names but thank you non the less, you are lucky to have them representing your company!

I wonder what's the cousin on Mine And I had a problem with one of my Sandwiches because it had lettuce on it and They made me a new one without any questions in a hurry. All the workers were top grade on point it in time you need just help.Parking: We pull up and they were somewhat busy and there was more than enough parking.
The girl cleaning tables off, was also going around asking people if the needed any refills, which I was not expecting.

I can handle orders being wrong on a regular basis, even being backed up. There’s nothing more annoying then being served by a bunch of teenagers that don’t know how to respond to “thanks” or “have a nice night”.Maybe $15/hr isn’t enough to man a drive thru these days.

The staff at this McDonald's is a joke. They forgot items, they're rude, we asked for no onions, and it looks like they purposely overloaded these two burgers with onions. Corporate needs to go in and revamp its staff.
