Must try coffee shop in Valpo. The very reasonable prices and quality alone should be a reason to frequent this place. The service is 10/10 and the coffee is very good. They often have specials and discounts on drinks, and also have in-house baked goods that are also very good. I’m very particular about my cold brew and espresso based drinks and they accommodate to specific needs you might have.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s something very special about this place as it gets started. It offers a late-ish night third space to meet friends in a town where everything else closes relatively early. I’m excited to try all their drink pairings! It’s also very fun that the place offers $14 flight boards. The used books, touches of greenery and wall art/ neon signs add a lot to the atmosphere. The worker who served me was helpful, relaxed and friendly. He cleared my dish as well.
However, the bachelor-feel to the decorating could be upgraded to be more welcoming overall, and my veggie ramen noodles chewed like the instant kind… so it feels like they’re doing their best, but they could do better. Where’s the Wi-Fi??
And yet, $8-10 for a hot meal is totally a steal in downtown Valpo these days. There’s a lounge room in the back as well, was full with a group in it when I was there. Last note, the @ghosttraveler keychains and pins were ADORABLE and internet-trendy.

Cute little ramen/coffee place with a laid back vibe and good music. The matcha was very good, and prices are reasonable, though the food menu is pretty limited. The vegetarian (Greenway) ramen was just ok, nothing to write home about. I’m always happy to see options though! Others in my group enjoyed the other ramen varieties. I may stop here for drinks again in the future.?
