Love this location, super supportive of everyone's dietary options. I request veggie options and I get treated the same as everyone else, it's amazing. Thank you for being a diverse restaurant that supports it's various customers dietary needs. Not many restaurants actually respect vegetarians here in the states.Vegetarian options: Amazing! Highly recommend the panko chicken veggie meat alternative, wish more restaurants would take after you guys. Simply great. If you are vegetarian you will be welcome here, the same as the meat eaters. It's fantastic.

Just love this place! One of our favorites since we moved to Valparaiso. Came out during a break in a snowstorm today and one of the two employees there was super friendly and had my order ready quicker than expected. Very pleased consistently with the food and service here.

OLD REVIEW:Ran out of ice for the drinks. out of a lot of flavors for the drinks, mac and cheese tastes watery nowadays, noodles were hard. will not come back.EDIT 12/9/2023I really like this place! The noodles taste very good and so does the chicken. This place used to be bad, but they turned around! very surprised that they improved! Would come back!

This is my first time eating at Noodles & Company. I wasn't sure what sounded good, so I bought a small Pasta Fresca with shrimp and a small Alfredo Motemore. What a disappointment. This is not good food at all. If you really want pasta, just bite the bullet and go to Olive Garden. Not only is it way over-priced, but it tastes like you ordered it off Wish. Yuck!!However, the workers were friendly and the restaurant had a good feel to it. Sadly, this mad the food taste even worse.

i never leave reviews, especially for fast food or fast casual places. but honestly, i think i have to save some people from this noodles.from the time i put in my order until the time i actually received my food, i was there for over 40 minutes. the staff didn’t seem apologetic or weren’t communicative about why this was taking so long. i just ordered buttered noodles and mac and cheese. there was another frustrated woman who was waiting nearly the same amount of time as me. she left to go wait in her car eventually.i finally got my food after 40+ mins of waiting. i wished i had just gone to the grocery store at that point to get my own cheese to make it at home myself.i live 4 minutes away and when i got home, the noodles were COLD. and unseasoned. i had to add seasoning and microwave it to even make it taste good. ridiculousssss.this was my first time at a noodles in many years, and i definitely will never go back. #endrant

Love this place. The food is great and so is the service. But I gave it 4 stars because I'm a little confused. They've switched to paper straws; save the environment save the turtles, I get it. But what I don't get is why everything is served in plastic with plastic forks? Plastic bowls with plastic lids! I'm not sure their paper straws make a difference when they're stuffing our landfills with plastic. They used to have ceramic bowls and metal flatware that they washed, but that changed after covid. Somebody please make this make sense to me.

I'll miss this place, Last time I was here was nice but the standards have not been kept up, noodles were not cooked properly, still was tasty.. Every table was sticky but one, banners are peeling off furniture, seats were filthy, torn, and not well taken care of.

Enjoyable place to eat. Noodles are great and they have a good variety of options. Wish the cooks would not cross contaminate so much. I don't like surprise meat.

This review is for future guests. The food is good, any of the locations, the food is consistently good. BUT I don't understand the bathrooms. There are no men's and women's restrooms. They're combined. If you have kids, PLEASE lock the door when you are in there. Otherwise anyone can walk in on anyone. Kid or not, I don't want a woman walking in on me and vice versa. When I was in the restroom, I heard someone trying to open the door. When I opened the door, there was a young girl waiting to get in. I just can not wrap my head around why someone would think this is a good idea. If you don't want to put yourself in a vulnerable situation, I would suggest you just stay out of the restaurant completely. Which is a shame because the food is good.

Well today was my first time, got there before 11 and was surprised how unkept the place was. Doors were dirty, pop machine was just about out of everything. Woman who can over didn't care much, but did investigate. I ordered SMALL Korean Beef (Spicy dish) and a tiny soup & drink. Paid $16. Think I was overcharged but didn't realize until I saw my takeout food at home. Soup was good but the Korean Beef dish was weird tasting. Not sure if a ton of Cilantro is ideal for a Asian dish. It just didn't belong in the dish. I may be back to try Mac & Cheese, because you can't mess up Mac & Cheese much. But $16 for what I had......... I should have waited for China House to open. Lunch was yucky today. ?
