The menu is great for anyone on the go- the owners are super helpful for recommending what you may like best.
They even have coffee for those of you coffee lovers that want to try a more natural alternative to a Dunkun or Starbucks.
The protein snacks, refreshers, shakes, everything they make is fresh and so worth the trip.

Every time I go to NL the owners and team are always so friendly and welcoming. My whole family (kids included) love going and getting refreshers. My work team often grabs refreshers for a much needed pick me up! Great vibe and totally different atmosphere than any other nutrition place i have visited.

I had to leave a review because I love supporting small business and let me just say I popped in and was instantly greeted by every employee and the owners were just so sweet! I got a bomb pop refresher + banana nut bread shake for my lunch and both are just so yummy! I’ll definitely be a returning customer! 10/10 experience & the location is so cute! :)

Just got the most amazing protein shake from Nutrition Lounge in Valpo! (Puppy Chow- AMAZING! ?) If you’re in the area forsure check them out; the owners are super friendly, helpful and kind. It also is the cutest/ most peaceful environment to chill and relax if you need a minute before returning back to the real world; I’ll be back forsure! ?

This place is amazing with great drinks and shakes. It is very healthy with excellent flavor too. It has a very open and friendly customer service where anyone may feel welcome. Overall great and would recommend it.
