I have probably only been to this location about 5 times, and one thing I can say for them is that they are consistent. They have consistently messed up my order every single time. From Missing items, to entirely wrong items in the bag.
Best part is, the staff absolutely does not care, and gets rude with you for asking them to correct it.

If you place an online order, there isn't an easy grab and go area. You have to walk through the people waiting to place their order or get lucky with one of the other doors being open to walk to the counter. Why even take online orders if I'm gonna have to wait with everyone anyways

an hour before closing they have 4 entrees to choose from and no appetizers. they give you attitude when you ask them about getting fresh food and seem bothered to be asked. best recommendation is to order online if you actually want to get the food you want and don't want to be forced to eat leftovers and scraps

Pulled through drive thru to order and lady at speaker was very very inpatient. I asked for a second to gather the kids orders I was purchasing and in the 30 seconds it took to understand what I was ordering she told me to order 5 times food is good but portion this time was small
