This Panera is convenient to both the Indiana Dunes and the city of Valparaiso. The restaurant is usually busy, but service is fast and reliable. We have salads, and the size is generous. Pricing has increased a bit, but still a reasonable value.

Dine in has better portion sizes. Consistently with carryouts, micro salad sizes, and skimpy ingredients. I added avocado and paid for it, but found none in my salad.

Okay! I have lived in the 219 my whole life and have worked customer service out here for over 6 years. Your employee Grayson, was absolutely fantastic. Out of all the employees working that day, he shined so bright. If you are his boss, he deserves a raise or some huge recognition for his customer service skills. I haven’t eaten at Panera in years, but after speaking with Grayson, I will be back again and be a regular. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

This location has gone so far downhill. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Ordered a BLT for lunch and when it arrived, it looked like it had been sitting out for a few hours. I attributed this to just having it delivered, however upon eating the sandwich, I became immediately nauseous. Almost 5 hours later, I started getting symptoms of severe food poisoning. It kept me up through the entirety of the night and I ended up having to go to the Emergency Room where I was kept for 4 hours. The entirety of the next day I was bedridden and felt awful. I was cleared of everything and had confirmed food poisoning, one of the worst experiences of my life. Stay as far away from here as you can!!

Parking: It s the city planner and whatever children involved in the layout. That is something that should be settled between the franchise and city..That is what makes a franchise worth bothering with.It should serve the community first.Screw the business and city..Added cost should be absorbed by city planner and mayor,Plus the corporation. Not the community or patrons.Otherwise,we don't need any of you.
