Had the turkey BLT with salad. Food was ok nothing exciting service is so slow for a sandwich and very over priced. I would skip it better options for sandwiches. The staff is friendly place is dark and dingy.

Food was really good, but I would have expected a Ruben sandwich to be at least warm, mine was ice cold except for the toasted bread. Very very cramped inside. Also it's not clear what is on each sandwich unless you ask for a paper menu. Pretty pricy as well, 2 sandwiches, and 1 drink was almost $40 for lunch.

Great food, everything tasted fantastic and service was quick. Good value, and all sandwiches come with a side salad for free. Jones soda was an added bonus. Also glad to see paper and aluminum products used for the most part instead of plastic, and heard staff asked if you needed utensils for to-go orders, etc. Great to see a restaurant being environmentally conscious. Would highly recommend all around!

My friend and I have lunch there the staff was friendly and not did not have but a 5 minute wait to order at the counter. Being a first timer there I asked and clerk about the menu and decided on the Philly cheese steak and asked about the pesto chicken she recommended the pesto and said I could split the meal. did not knowi of a 2 dollar surcharge at that time nothing was said to me. I did not look at the Paper menu because I had questions from their signage. There is a mention of the charge on the paper menu. My point is I think I should have been told at the time of ordering that there will be a surcharge. The tomato soup and French onion was bland had no flavoring and was expensive 6.25 for 12oz. The chicken pesto was overcooked the Philly was dry but eatable. I would like the business to succeed but I would not recommend.

This place is wonderful. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and my husband had the American breakfast. Both dishes were excellent. The decor here is adorable. It's cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back and try the other items.

Ordered a Rueben and it was the second best Reuben I've ever had. I know you're reading this thinking, "second best? Not exactly a glowing review" but you couldn't be more wrong. Second best is an incredible review, as a good Reuben is difficult to come by. Nothing like that barely edible Reuben that costs 2x as much at Lincoln flats. Panini Panini has a dope Reuben. Get it. On top of the delicious Reuben, full sandwiches come with a side salad. We love a side salad with our sandwich. I'd've been happy with a mediocre salad, but they weren't happy giving me a mediocre salad; that thing may have been better than the Reuben (which was already fantastic, remember?) Got a grape vinaigrette that was flavorful and struck a perfect balance between sweet and vinegary. On top of THAT, these absolute winners just give you a sweet snack to finish the meal with. They just give it to you. I didn't even know it came with this. They give you two thin slices of pineapple with your order. Hell yeah. Delicious sandwich, great salad, AND some pineapple? Go to Panini Panini.

Ordered carryout and they forgot to put part of the order in the bag. I didn't realize this until I was back at the office and ready to eat. I called and their response was that there are only two people working so they can't deliver it. (I would understand if it was noon, but this was 1:45 and I'm only 2 blocks away. There was a table of two dining in - not busy with diners.) Her response to me was "Things happen. You can either come back and get it or we can make a note for next time not to charge you." Unfortunately, that was not the response I was happy with. I will never be back, nor will I recommend their restaurant to my family, friends or business associates. Downtown Valparaiso has so many great restaurants to choose from, I recommend passing on Panini Panini and going to another restaurant that will appreciate your business.
