I Love Papa John's so I will recommend this place each and every time. The peppers that come with the pizza are simply amazing. I also LOVE the customer appreciation coupons they give to us. We Love You Papa!!

id first like to say I'm not one to complain, I work in a restaurant and I know how things go, but in this situation this is not something I can understand. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas, one gluten free and one non gluten free. the non gluten free pizza was put into the pizza box with the gluten free label. my mom has celiac disease and she is severely allergic to gluten. she ate half of the pizza before we figured out it wasn't gluten free. not to mention I couldn't put anything in the notes on doordash to tell the restaurant to be careful with the pizza because they have it set to where you are unable to leave special instructions for the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order online , money removed from my account, received a text 45 mins after ordering stating my order was ready and on the way. 10 mins after that I get a phone call from someone at papa Johnâs and they sayâwe aint deliver to ya houseâ she then states âu need Valpoâ I say I ordered from Valpo. She says âdonât matter we ainât deliver to uâ âwe delivery to salt creek only â I said Iâm on 149 before salt creek. Then the wonderful associate then says âdont matter I said weâre not deliver to youâ hmm. Excellent . So itâs ready and on its way to my address which online says Iâm good text says itâs done and on the way, but Miss Wonderful says they ainât gonna deliver to me I need the Valpo one. Maybe she donât know sheâs in Valpo?? Seems maybe I dodged a bullet by not receiving 45$ worth of food from Papa Johnâs in Valparaiso since they don't know theyâre in Valparaiso, and they delivered to my address last week . No worries Papa Johnâs you wonât have to deliver to my or any of my neighbors addresses again.

1. Took me 20 minutes to place an order because of them constantly trying to to charge me 2. They told me theyâd be ready in 20 min. When I got there, there were 10 people in line (not exaggerating maybe more) that had been waiting inside for 30+ minutes after waiting an hour for their food. We left because we had already waited in line for 10 minutes. 3. There is a reason this place has bad reviews - they very clearly do not care about their customers or food quality.

The people are always nice and the atmosphere is fine. The food is so hit or miss. The "boneless wings" are the cheap Walmart nugget quality with a small drizzle of sauce squirted blindly on top. The bone in wings are always coated in sauce and taste fine. The pepperoni pizza was good but only because I ordered extra cheese and sauce. The bbq chicken pizza was very dry. It did not have the extra cheese and barely any sauce. The crust was not edible. It was so dry and hard.
They don't actually properly sauce any pizza other than the one with traditional pizza sauce. If you LOVE terrible flatbread try the BBQ/etc "sauced pizzas."

Placed an online order through papa Johnson. They had door dash deliver it. They forgot to give me my cheese sauce. I called them to tell them. They said I had to call doordash to get that taken care of. I told him I ordered through papa John's. He said he understood but I still had to call doordash to get that fixed. I told the guy I don't know anything about door dash. How do i contact them? He said, hold on one moment. I was on hold for a min or 2 and I just hung up. I shouldn't have to do more work because papa johns messed up my order. This is so dumb for the customer just so you know Papa Johns.
