Im done with papa johns! HIRE MORE DRIVERS! Quit using door dash they suck! They are so slow and your food is either cold or missing items! Never had issues with the in house delivery drivers! I noticed if you don't put a tip on the card they don't care!! I give cash and ti generously!!

Most horrible pizza and wings. The pizza was wrong. Cold cardboard with toppings falling off because there was no sauce or cheese to hold it on. The “wings” were frozen breaded nuggets with a drizzle of some sauce. What the hell!? Worst ever! Will never order again! Valparaiso is non edible! Threw it in the garbage.

I don't like how when you call to order a pizza via phone they direct your call to a call center in India where there english is horrible and they are so hard to understand. what ever happened to the good old fashion way. placing your order with the restaurant it self.

Extremely rude staff and terrible service. I waited over an hour due to them “losing my order”. I never once received an “im sorry”, offer to refund, or anything to seem like they cared. In fact the staff laughed about it when the girl behind the counter asked if they had my order in the oven. Avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered a specialty veggie pizza and added extra sausage on it, but I was very disappointed to find hardly any sausage on it. I called and one person said they were the manager and would get me another pizza but when I called back a person who said he was the manager said no such person works there any justified the amount of sausage, they put on a specialty pizza, one cup. I would not have paid for the sausage to realize how little you get for your money.
