Food is always good. Service is good too. But our tip was changed on our bill. I reached out to them by social media twice and got no response. The difference was only $2 so not a big deal but it's definitely not an honest mistake in leaving $18 andbeing charged $20. Not sure how that was managed but can't say we will be back anytime soon and if we do we will just pay in cash and tip cash.

I had the ribeye steak and probably one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. I thought they had clam chowder. It was actually corn chowder, which wasn’t appealing to me, but that’s my own fault. Will I go back no.

Parea is a true hidden gem in Valpo! The food is delicious, the servers were excellent, and the atmosphere really reminds me of Chicago. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Ordered Seafood Risotto. It came out on a bed of rice. Asked the waitress (who was awesome) if this was Risotto, she said she'd ask the cook. She came back and said no. She asked if it was ok, No was the answer. Since she wasn't allowed to take it off the bill, it was boxed and taken home to feed to our cat. The cat wouldn't eat it either.
Fyi: The Seafood Risotto was one of the most expensive dishes on the menu.

I love parea. I’ve been here many times. There’s been so many amazing times: sometimes not the best. However; it’s a restaurant and at the end of the day people have their off days! I do miss our favorite food runner…Trinity was always so kind to us even when she was visibly overwhelmed. People come and go though! They have an amazing staff to this day!

The food was just ok. We got stuffed grape leaves for an appetizer and they were dry with no lemon sauce. My wife got the chicken kabob pita and it was not good at all. Overall I was very disappointed in our meal. I would not recommend this place.

We ate a variety of appetizers and everything was delicious! Reminded me of being back in Greece, fresh ingredients, and a lot of love and care put into all the dishes. Well done would definitely come back and the owners Pete and Danny are amazing hosts.

The food was delicious. We had the filet mignon and the salmon.The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Server was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great time out for dinner.
