If I could leave a zero star review I would… husband and I went on a date night here as we’ve been here before. It being the Christmas season we walk in and they gave us roasted chestnuts, MODLY. Show the bus boy and he apologizes. Order an appetizer and as we are enjoying it a cockroach ran up the wall by my husband and he caught it in the napkin. We showed the busboy and of course he was trying to keep it low key. 10 mins later he comes back offering to move our table.. we tell him we’re not eating dinner here and they can’t even offer to comp us AT LEAST our appetizer. He said okay well if you’re leaving sorry about that. Never even had a manager come over and talk to us regarding the issue. Disgusted and won’t be coming back. I’ll be sure to tell all friends and family as well since they couldn’t offer to make it right, just “move our table” 🤮🙄

For a Friday night and wanting to find somewhere were it's busy but not loud this place was the greatest. Our waitress and the bartender were superb. The whole team was very friendly and their food was amazing. The brisket Mac was out of this world good.

The food quality was not good. The clam chowder was a 5/5. The fish and chips and nashville hot chicken sandwhich 2/10. Just really dissatisfied with the food. The staff was wonderful!. We wondered why it was so empty during dinner service and now we know. It's not the same pikks from years before.

I went to Pikk’s on October 10 and booked their private dining room for my wedding dinner. The staff was amazing, and extremely attentive and catered to my party wonderfully. They were also extremely accommodating with helping me find a meal for a guest that was vegetarian.
The food, however, was not great. We had guests choose between four courses (priced at $47 per person) and every guest who ordered the filet mignon told me they were disappointed with it as it was not seasoned at all. I know they are capable of seasoning their food as the beef skewers we ordered were honestly a 10/10 and perfectly seasoned. Additionally, when appetizers were served, accompanying sauces were given late after the food had been already eaten. Another complaint I have received from guests is that a side option (the broccoli) was not well cooked or seasoned and it was served as a large hunk.
As previously stated, the wait staff were amazing. For our dinner we paid over $2,000 dollars. I would recommend Pikk’s only if you do not get the filet mignon or broccoli.

My husband and I dined at Pikks Tavern last night and were absolutely impressed by our server, Bree. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly funny, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We began our meal by sharing the Caesar salad that she recommended, and shortly after, our perfectly cooked steaks arrived, which tasted excellent. We ended our dinner with the crème brûlée. I can confidently say that we will be Bree’s newest regulars at the restaurant. 10/10!

My very short experience here was not a good one. To say I was hurt and very disappointed is an understatement. My bridal shower had made reservations days prior to celebrate my upcoming wedding, so we were very excited to try the food here. Upon my arrival I sat down, ordered 1 drink and before I could even try it, the manager came out saying we were going to be cut off, this was after my DD / maid of honor had accidentally spilled a drink. Believe it or not, Accidents do happen. It wasn’t even 5 minutes after I had sat down that we were suddenly the target for nonsense. This was supposed to be a nice new experience as we are from out of town, and to be targeted for “drunken” behavior over us talking and laughing and one spilled drink is ridiculous and unnecessary. We decided to get our checks as we felt very unwanted here and kindly thanked our wonderful server and left. We did not feel the slightest bit of welcome. We decided to try peddlers down a ways and they were nothing but fun, kind and accepting and very sweet about our bachlorette gathering. We will never be coming back here again. For future events I would not recommend anyone to come here. Shame on this place for such a negative attitude.
I dined at Pikks Tavern on Thursday, and I’ve been a loyal customer for ten years. The service has always been excellent, and the food top-notch. Every summer, towards the end of the season, there’s usually a concert across the street on Thursdays. Pikks is perfectly situated so you can enjoy a nice conversation while still taking in the music—unless, of course, a bridal party comes in and disrupts atmosphere by behaving foolishly.

We came in from out of town to celebrate our friend’s bachelorette party. There were six of us. The moment we walked in the staff was rolling their eyes and annoyed. All we did was state we had a reservation and we were a target. We sit down, order our drinks, and when they arrive we thank them and just continue talking. Our DD accidentally knocked a small cocktail glass over. Accidents happen. Well the manager came by and said, we are going to have to cut you off because you clearly have been drinking. So we asked The waiter, who was very understanding, for our checks. We tipped him out but then went to Peddlers down the street, where the staff celebrated with us and gave us a great atmosphere to celebrate in. The vibes are better at peddlers, if looking for a real recommendation. Stay away from Pikks if you want to celebrate anything.

I am so disappointed in the treatment from the manager here. My friends and I made reservations here, as we are from out of town and a bridal party of 6. Within minutes of sitting down, one of us accidentally spilled a drink and the manager came to our table and told us "she would cut us off because we had clearly had too much to drink." We hadn't even had one drink yet. Absolutely disgusted by the targeted treatment here.

Had such a great experience at Pikk's. From the moment we walked in the door every employee was so overly kind to us. I felt like they went out of their way to talk to us and provide great customer service. Food was all delicious and we sat outside in their little patio area which was clean and adorable.
Kid-friendliness: I brought my baby and that never seemed like an inconvenience. They were so kind and caring about me and my little one and made sure we were comfortable!
