Management was extremely rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers without a nasty attitude. My experience was so sour that I didn't even want to eat the food afterwards. Ive never been treated like that at the Merrillville location, its too bad that I work near the one in Valpo now. Their quality of food just tastes alright as well..ive had nasty tasting chips from there because they didn't clean their fryer.

Came in on Sunday evening and the Mgr Jess was Really Rude I never get charged for extra toppings when i go from the other lady's & when I mentioned that to her she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry..Also had a burrito which Jess finished making and it was Horrible.

I've bought food here several times when pressed for time. The food has always been good; usually a burrito or quesadilla... generous portions. They're flexible & offer lots of combinations. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Love the taste and the prices, always quick and fresh tasting.

I didn’t catch the names of the girls working at the front but it was around 9pm on Halloween. They were so sweet and patient since it was our first time. The serving sizes were great and definitely makes up for the price. What stood out to us was just how kind the girls were. Good customer service is hard to come across, especially in a food setting. But their kindness was above and beyond.

I really love the food here, but the past few times I’ve been there. The service has been terrible. I constantly feel rushed and the cashiers have been pretty rude. I really like this place but the service needs to be better

Very Disappointed With My 3 Cheese Nachos W/Grilled Adobo Chicken. The Chicken Lacked Seasoning And The Toppings Were Not Fresh. This Used To Be My Favorite Location, Unfortunately Not Anymore 😡😡😡😡😡

Food was okay, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. 2 bowls with extra meat and 2 drinks for $42. Also, the new employee is not being trained properly. The portion control here is absolutely ridiculous. I had to ask for a little more chicken bc of how little I got. Used to love it here and I ate her during my college years, but I won't be back for a while. Customer service and quality has gone downhill.

Went there today around 11:30 today the people were very rude and we went to order and she did not even let us finish ordering and she cut us off then when we went to tell her we wanted something else she got aggressive like we were complaining but was not just asking to get something else and sadly it was the worst burrito I've ever had in my life u can tell these 2 women that worked today did not like there job and was very rude to us
