First, was told there was about a 15 min wait for 2. No problem, except it was more like a 30 min wait. Then we were sat in what seemed like the middle of an adoption center, we were surrounded by I kid you not 4 different tables of at least 4 children (screaming, crying, running around). This is obviously out of the restaurants control, but an alternative absolutely would’ve been nice. After we were sat, we realized the wait was because each server could only handle two tables at a time, because the restaurant was NOT busy at all. Our waitress approached our table within two mins of being sat, which is great. After our initial interaction, she was pretty much MIA for the rest of the meal. After ordering drinks, our ID’s were checked THREE different times since we “looked young.” One was an Indiana ID and the other was IL, nothing out of the blue. Drinks, appetizer, & food was ran out by other servers/manager. Our drinks tasted like straight club soda & neither one of us finished our $7 drink. If the server was more attentive we would have both switched them out but was never given the opportunity. My burger came out great but my boyfriends plate ended up being a straight pile of grease. Halfway through our meal our server finally came back where we asked for more napkins, another side of fries, & a side of bbq. 3 additional napkins were brought, the bbq found its way, but the fries were completely forgotten. I only ate half of my burger and was never offered a box. We then sat for so long that we were so disinterested we didn’t even remind her about the fries or box. At the end of the meal we go to pay, two meals, two drinks, one app, & two milkshakes somehow ended up leaving the bill around $90. Directly after we paid, our ziosk died, leaving no receipt & no opportunity to take any sort of survey. The floor was absolutely disgusting and I found myself stepping over/around trash to get to the door. Overall, I would’ve rather spent the $90 for twice the amount of food at Olive Garden. Very much upset as we have always had positive experiences with previous Red Robin’s, but we will absolutely not be back.

Got food poisoning from my burger. Asked for it with a little bit of pink in the middle and ended up sick for the next 24 hours the morning after I ate dinner there

Bone in wings were just awful. There was a layer of fat under the skin of each one that was absolutely disgusting. I ate two wings and couldn't even. Sause didn't taste like so called Whiskey river but a reg thick bbq not very good at All. The chips were burnt so they poured Said sause on them perhaps to try to soften...I spent over $50 for a hamburger ff and a soda and the wings. My server was terrific but I will never return. Should have went to shake n steak after all.
If your going to charge so much Hire a chef that can actually cook and showcase

Told them it was our first time ever to red robin...got a raw burger...took almost 20mins to remake...was still raw and was a different burger altogether..wife was already done..all they did was take MY meal off check...still spent 62$ and was charged 2.99 entertainment fee cuz i touched the tablet....wasnt even aware of that charge till i checked my receipt. Bottom line is i will NEVER eat there again...basic burgers for high price. And to the manager who was there...shame on you for sending a server to deal with upset first timers to your restaurant!!!

My wife and I are staying across the parking lot and we ordered takeout. When I went to pick up the order my wife told me to give them her phone number so that we would get points for the other. The manager told me that since i ordered with my phone they could not give credit to her account.
Also, we ordered Cole slaw. There were no plastic utensils included, and also no napkins. We ended you having to eat with our fingers. What are they thinking? These are small things but left my dining experience with a bad taste
Honestly we love Red Robin and the service is always great but they have a problem with the smell in there. The past two times we’ve went it smelled like sewage SO bad! I hope they can get this problem fixed:(

Went today for lunch and was very impressed with the food. Signed up with the app and got a free appetizer. Manager came over and offered complimentary fries and a coupon for another free appetizer our next visit! Waitress took care of us well. Only problem we had was it stank in the restaurant…. lol
Stank like a bad dookie or a clogged drain in the back. Would’ve been 5 stars but it was a bit stinky.

I ordered on Ubereats tonight. The order came wrong. My wife's salad was not ever close to being correct plus they put tomatoes on it when the receipt even says no tomatoes. All the salad dressing was missing except the side one I purchased. We called the store and talked to the manager. She said there was nothing that she could do and it was a 3rd party error and talk to them about it. So apparently she thinks ubereats removed the bacon, removed the egg, took 4 containers of dressings, and put tomatoes on the salad between red robin and my house. I call total BS and the manager from Reb Robin provided the worst customer service ever. Not to mention the manager was extremely rude about the whole situation. Maybe that's not the position for her. I guess we will have to pick up our own food so we can check it before it leaves. That way it would be on them and not an escape goat 3rd party.

This was our 3rd time going to this location. It was at prime lunchtime, very busy. We had to wait a little bit, but not long. Our waitress was wonderful, took our order right away, and kept checking on us. Food was good.
