We were disappointed. If you are looking for authentic bbq this isn't the place, the food was bland and the portion sizes for family meal sides were just individual size meal portions, not family portions. Not worth the money.

been here 4x-never again-they were out of brisket and chicken-so i ordered the walleye dinner-worst ever-could not cut the walleye with a steak knife it was so over cooked. ordered a hamburger time before that got home and worst hamburger ever. The ribs are not worth the time either-everything is very over priced and not worth it.

Got the rowdy hog platter and everything was amazing! Got a side of green beans, was good, and a side Mac and cheese, wasn’t bad just wish i was a homemade recipe but would definitely go back there!!

The waitress was nice but the food was not good. The rib tips were tough and dry and flavorless. Same with the sausage. The portions are small and way overpriced. This was the second time trying them hoping that the first was a fluke. I don't know whose doing these reviews but don't waste your money. Take the trip to Michigan city or gary. Even the Mac and cheese was trash. It's just boxed cheap basic macaroni and it's not baked. Nothing else really to say just that the food is n not good

First time I had ever been to the bbq shack that was recommended by a friend. Loved my pulled pork and brisket! I’ll be back very soon. Fries were fresh, bbq sauce I learned was made fresh in the restaurant, and meat is fresh and smoked every night. Plus for me!! Tender smoked meat, clean and presentable food portions. Mary and Kori were great! Super attentive service, cold beer and wine. I’ll for sure be back. Keep it up ladies I loved my visit!!!!Kid-friendliness: Kids 4 and under special discount menu!

Rudys Double patty burger with pulled pork, coleslaw and Mac! Yum! Only thought... Mac needed more cheesy flavor and maybe some salt. But yum over all! Fries were well seasoned and crispy and Chili was good with a little kick. Coleslaw was delicious and tasted homemade ?A little pricey for what it is, $10-18/burger or sandwich, but portions are good and the main food items are worth it. Sides are not included and are $4-$5 each.. That can add up quick if you have littles. The staff was exceptional! Friendly and helpful and quick. Nice relaxed little spot.Would definitely come back! ?
