Went in for breakfast. Got my water. 15 minutes later I turned around and every member of the waitstaff was leaning on the wall. I walked out. Horrible service.
Typical diner, it was good and all but honestly for the prices I would expect them to inject a large portion into the atmosphere because it feels in need of some love. The outside doesn't look appealing at all. The inside is a little better but still leaves much to be desired. A super deep clean and a straight up purchase of new decorations that still have that vintage feel would be appreciated. And again the food is good but not something I would write to my grandma about and certainly not at the prices. I was a little amazed by what I saw. I would go back only if someone else suggested it but I would never take someone on purpose. Unless they had better specials and did a complete overhaul on the atmosphere. Our server was efficient and the restaurant was packed signaling to me that many locals do enjoy it there.
