1st time trying STB and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were inviting, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! Will definitely be back!

The food is so good! I came here with a friend and we couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. (We got the full rack of ribs with Tennessee whiskey sauce, the Salmon, and mozzarella sticks) This is the #1 place to eat when you go to downtown Valpo. The food is to die for and not crazy expensive. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant has good music and isn’t overwhelming.

This was our first time dining at Smoketown Blues. The food and service was phenomenal! We got the Prime Time sandwich and meat combo, both were delicious. Adam, our server, gave exceptional recommendations on sauces based on our meal choices! He was very attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall a good experience but could have been 5 stars with some improvements! They clearly do meat well, and we were both happy with our mains (ribs and a sandwich). However the fries were really lacking. Completely flavorless and limp. The ranch was also a big miss. I was also disappointed they ran out of Mac and cheese, and instead with the kids meal we got a fruit bowl. I was very disappointed to see a packaged plastic container of fruit come out like you would get at a school lunch. If you're going to offer a fruit bowl, at least have fresh fruit! Lastly my drink, the blues, was not good. It tasted like nothing despite looking pretty. Service was good! For the price, portions were pretty small. Would love to come back if they got some better fries and ranch!

BBQ Swine Nachos. Nachos with queso blanco, pulled pork, bbq sauce, and jalapeno. Unbelievable, so good, I stg I would eat them every day. We also had a platter with brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. The sausage was the best I’ve ever had at a bbq restaurant. The cornbread was also ridiculously good. The server was just great. We loved it and will be back. We sort of hesitate to eat on lincolnway bc it’s so hard to find a place to park but this is absolutely worth the search.

If you haven’t been to SmokeTown Blues, put it on your list! We hadn’t been there since it first opened and went back this week. Wow we loved it! Casual vibe, with great country tunes playing, nice little rustic bar area, amazing food and wonderful service. Ribs, brisket, and sausage tasted amazing. Try the cornbread it’s delicious! And they now have a full bar with a build your own Old Fashioned!! Rumor has it live music on Thursdays as well.

First the service and our server, was also the bartender, was amazing everyone was friendly, made sure to check on us, 10/10, unfortunately we ordered the chicken tender meals for our sons and both meals came out raw, chicken didn’t even look cooked, was able to smush it between my fingers, they comped our sons meals and gave them a different menu item but still, again service was top notch, amazing especially our server I unfortunately can’t remember his name, personally won’t be going back.
