I typically don't go to Starbucks often, but when I do, I feel the staff could be more welcoming. The food and drinks are good.

Couldn't understand the person taking my order at drive thru. Spoke too quietly and mumbled. They eventually got me a person who spoke at a hearing level and spoke clearly. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and Splenda. The coffee was disgusting. It was old with and old disgusting taste. Probably brewed hours earlier. At $3.50 a cup the coffee should be freshly brewed. Worst Starbucks coffee I ever had. Pathetic, a coffee place serving coffee that has been sitting around for hours. And now you can't enter the store to add creamer and sweetener to your taste on your own, the way you like it. I'm done with Starbucks stores. I'll stick to buying Starbucks Packaged coffee at the store, and brewing it fresh and adding the fixings to my taste. I have no idea why in the world anyone would pull up behind a line of cars and wait to be served old coffee.
