If I could give zero stars I would! I have been coming to this location for years. It feels like they make the drinks wrong on purpose there. And if you ask them to remake, you get a attitude! God forbid you do your job correctly that you signed up to do! If you hate it there, go somewhere else! Plenty of jobs! And if you place your drive thur order to soon, they get a attitude about it. The old lady in the drive thur yelled at me for getting in line to soon. Today I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and got the wrong order! Drink was absolutely horrible! $15 in the garbage! And please, the chick with the beard, either shave it off or put on a hairnet! Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! I won't be back. I'll take my money to the one on Calumet.

Disappointed in the jalapeno chicken pocket. I expected it to be toasty, instead it was soggy. The flavor was good, not too spicy but the texture was undesirable.

The music is too loud. The techno tunes make reading impossible. Wonder if the music is a way of keeping people from staying. Well, it’s working. I’ll have to take my mocha back to the office. Shame ☹️

I used to come to this location frequently, but in the last few months I have had nothing but rude attitude be given to me and I’ve had enough. I came through the drive through at 8:55 pm thinking they closed at 9:30 and I said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry I didn’t know you guys were closing” and she said “yeah well you have 90 seconds to order”. I felt like that was so rude and I began to order and said no never mind I don’t want to impose and she said no need for the extra hub hub just order and I was extremely insulted. I was going to tip her 10$ but she met me with such rude attitude that I just decided to leave. I will be taking my business to the Calumet Ave. location from here on out.

spent 17 on two drinks for one to be made wrong and when they remade it didn’t nearly fill up and seemed like they put old cold foam instead of new, manager did not seem to care when i called.

The hot Chocolate is only hot milk. Wyf. t is hard for me to get mad or excited about a chain store that meets all expectations. And now it is such a get it and go sterile environment.

Newly renovated. This is a busy location. I usually order on the mobile app. Drinks are always waiting on me when I get there. Staff is always friendly.

Parking: Unlike a lot of Starbucks, the drive thru has lots of area and doesn't block parking area. Its in a strip mall so there is a lot of parking in front of this location. It is a busy area.

I ordered the nondairy sweet cream cold brew because I have a milk protein allergy, and I do truly believe they gave me regular. My face has felt puffy and swollen, and it's the only thing I've consumed today.

I actually had a former employee tell me they recalled all the dairy free sweet cream and whipped cream for quality issues, meaning not one person said anything to me about it containing dairy. I'm definitely done with starbucks after this. If you are vegan or have a dairy allergy, do NOT trust the nondairy sweet cream/foam.

Purchased two beverages today. Was treated extremely rude by the batista. I ordered a drink that was not what I anticipated. When I shared that and asked what was in the first drink, he was very nonchalant and walked away to make the next drink. When he delivered the second drink, a latte, he slammed it down at me so hard a huge dollop splashed out all over the cup and counter.I did call to speak with someone there, who did not think it was necessary to apologize, rather wanted to offer a free drink to be put on the books. I will not come back.
