I didn't know what to get so I got the recommendation of this one Lily girl and I did really like the coffee. I didn't like that it's mostly ice whenever you get an iced coffee but that's just Starbucks fault. My drink was good and both girls did an excellent job, they are very nice and got my name right! That's impressive haha 😆

Completely made my coffee wrong. Tried telling the two girls that it was wrong. The one girl proceeded to tell me I was lying and the other girl rolled her eyes and walked away. The one girl that made food slammed the it down when it was done. Extremely disrespectful to us. Ill be reporting this to target as well as corporate office.

I wanted to share a recent experience I had at this Starbucks. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The barista who was preparing my drink was extremely rude and condescending. I specifically asked for oat milk, but she started with regular milk. When I pointed this out, she poured it out but was about to use the same cup, which was already contaminated with regular milk. As a vegan, this is completely unacceptable. She then made my drink with an attitude, and it tasted awful. My husband's coffee was also poorly made.
Additionally, she moved a bar stool and told me, in front of everyone, to watch her and stand next to her. Her customer service was appalling. This is not the standard we expect from Starbucks.

I ordered the Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, and I just got ice with Matcha. Where is the Lavender? Also, it’s not that clean atmosphere and not good customer service at all!

We were visiting family so on our way out to go back to northern Indiana we got Starbucks! My husband ordered the pistachio cold brew cold foam I saw her add water to his cup I didn't realize she was watering it down all that money for that little coffee it had no coffee flavor it tasted like water and my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso tasted like oat milk no espresso! We spent $11.00 on these coffees and had to throw them away! Never again will I go there
There is nothing worse than spending money on bad service with a bonus attitude. The eye rolling when I asked a question. The drink was cold and delicious...

They messed up a couple of our orders but quickly made new ones and Jason behind the counter gave us a few cake pops as an apology. Very kind and patient baristas.

Quality is lacking lately.. this is the 3rd coffee now....burnt tasting coffee/expresso and chunks of caramel, like chopped candies, in a macchiato, not syrup...is this a supply issue or what?

Says open until 9 but I was turned away at 8:40. I work next door and have overnight shifts so I look forward to my coffee going into them.
