Worst starbucks in town, there’s like 5 other locations to visit — and this one consistently stays at the bottom when it comes to customer service & correcting drinks that are not made properly.

Food was cold. Drink was mid and was only 3/4 full. Staff was rude, and the manager was extremely inconsiderate. Not the first time I’ve had negative experiences with this place. The Starbucks on Laporte and the one on Morthland are definitely better options in town.

Dropping a review to thank the staff for such awesome service today during a rush! I got a drink and sandwich in the drive thru and felt the Matcha was super weak. I went back in and was helped by a gentleman. He remade the drink, we talked for a bit, and he made me feel like it was no issue to him to have to do it again. I really appreciated this since I felt bad having to ask. He and the sweet drive thru lady made my day with meaningful small talk and it made it feel as if I was visiting someone’s home rather than a corporate chain. From now on, I’ll drive the few extra miles to get to this location simply for the kind staff.
As someone in there 30s I am ashamed to admit most of the drinks I love here are just milkshakes. They name them something else to limit the guilt I feel about having a milkshake at 7 am.Cleaver marketing.

Dropping a Star today. I always order here because it's right around the corner from me. I ordered today and tip like always and this is what I got. Only 3/4 full. If this is what I'm getting I'm going to be rethinking my tips from now on.
