Made an online order, got to the store and there was a note on the door saying they were closed, still took my money and when I called today they said they couldn’t help me. Go to any other location, this one is horrid.

2 separate days with 2 separate crews they tried to give me a 6’’ sub when I ordered a foot long thru the app and then both ask me what’s wrong like they are unable to read an order. Then upon remaking they’re asking me to repeat what’s on the slip for them to read. I’m so blown away with the lack of ability to do a task so simple as making a sandwich. Mind you no one else in store both times I went but took 15 minutes to complete and incorrect order. Horrible business they run.

Received a hotshot Italiano with seemingly half the meat, no cheese, and no Mayo. Busy is one thing but this was ordered 15 minutes ahead on the app.

Went in to get two foot long sandwiches and was told this location doesn't allow coupons. So I left and went somewhere else. It's frustrating that corp sends them out only for them to be recycled. Take coupons! Some money is better than no money.

This subway has really taken a turn for the worst, the lady with curly “helped me” I was greeted to her coming around the corner saying hold on in a disgruntled voice with no one else in the store who needed help. Proceeded to make my sandwich which I asked for a little bit of two different sauces which she went overboard with and also said ughh I didn’t even need to put gloves on for this. I paid $8 for a sandwich that was way too saucy and that got crumbled up almost into a ball I would stay away and go to the subway on the north side of town.

GREAT customer service from the employee with dread locs. Hard working and always focused on whats important. I myself remember working at this subway 7 years ago on lincolnway and knowing how to take care of customers with great attitude.

The most rude & disrespectful customer service I have ever been a part of!! I walk in young man wearing dreadlocks behind the counter says to me" HAY, DONT GO THRU THAT DOOR EVER AGAIN. IT'S BROKEN" to which I say "can't u say please, and how was i supposed to know the door was broken!?" He said," he broke the door earlier and that I should know it's broke!" All this time, as he is yelling at me about a door, food is flying out of his mouth all over the counter and into the veggies! I believe he was high. Yeah, worst experience ever at a restaurant of any kind!

The worst subway sandwich I have ever gotten! Like others have mentioned, "the afternoon employee" (African American person) is not qualified for the job. In fact it appeared to me that he was in no mood to work at all. He would ask a question but not at all listen to what my reply was. He completely forgot to toast after putting the cheese on the sandwich and when I asked him to toast it after the toppings on it, he threw a fit and started blabbering. I had two sandwiches and even after clarifying multiple times, the sandwiches were fully messed up. I totally gave up by the time it was the time to select a sauce. Other's assessment is right that he was high, I ate my sandwich in the car outside there restaurant and he came out and smoked weed thrice in that short duration. Absolutely unhygienic person. I feel bad that I even got my sandwiches made by him.
