After standing in the store waiting on my food and collecting my add ons I was told they wont accept the $100 bill that I had to pay with. The sign on the register literally says they take them but this manager says no. So I lost my entire lunch break and never got to eat. Maybe a sign on the door would help not a sign saying they take the money that they refused to accept. This is why they and all the other crap fast food places wont survive. Bring a Jersey Mikes to the area cause Subway is garbage anymore.

Lobby closed before closing and my order said to pick up in store. They printed out a sign that said to go to drive through but they already saw me at the door so I just drove to the window. Which they then smirked at me and didn’t come up to the window after looking at me MULTIPLE TIMES and made me pull all the away around just to announce I was picking up an online order.

(Around 1:05 p.m. ) I spoke to the Manager woman with dark hair and asked if there was anything she could do about me losing Subway points/rewards credits since their employees have not been asking me for months if I am signed up for rewards so that I could enter my info to get points/credit dollars toward Subway food. I have missed out on several dollars worth of in-store credits due to no one there asking or reminding me to enter my info to get points when I make my purchases. She said there was nothing that she could do about it. She could have done something about it, but she just did not care one bit. Then she got a hostile tone of voice with me and started acting like I was a bother to her and she started rushing me in a hostile tone to basically hurry up and choose my vegetables and condiments that I wanted on my sandwich.

Manager doesn’t want to work for her money. She just denied making 20 sub sandwiches with a 24 hour notice. That’s ridiculous. Luckily Firehouse Subs doesn’t mind to work and will gladly take my order and money. Subway should fire that manager.

Terrible service called to make a complaint about an issue the night before the person that answered the phone claimed to be the owner refused to identify herself by name claimed to be the owner of the franchise very rude at this point I am not surprised by the employees behavior if this is the way the owner/manager treat customer. Claim they don’t give names for security reason well if you are the owner that info is public record and not hard to find so I will get down to the bottom of this and file complaint with corporate because one thing the franchise is not ran by corporate and owned independently however there is still a standard of service when you are operating under the subway brand that must be folllowed.

Them constantly cross contaminating our food and touching sandwiches to other is simply due to young teens running the restaurant I did not see one adult please train your workers better.
