Not sure why I was insulted . Maybe the employee was having a bad day. Regardless... Should not be speaking to customers like that. I would normally let this go. But the fact that she did it after I tipped her. Well that's upsetting. Not getting my business anymore. I will be sure to not recommend this Subway to everyone I know as well.

I ordered online and was told to pick up at 12:30pm. I sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally get to the window to pick up and had to wait for them to make my order!!!! The manager came to the window after I expressed my irritation and told me that anyone who comes into the building gets served first, regardless of my online order. I finally got home to find the three sandwiches I ordered, all to be different sizes, ranging from 4" to 8", when I ordered 3 - 6" sandwiches. Unreal! I could not make this up! When you ask to speak to the manager and they are full of excuses and could care less her only response is the owner wants us to work like this. When you ask how can I speak to the owner and they give you no information to help, seems weird to me!

Definitely the worst subway restaurants I've ordered from my sandwich was soaked in mayo and mustard and had soo many peppers in it had to scrape the whole thing off with a napkin so gross Definitely will not be back here

They get no stars I ordered the chicken bacon ranch elite they didn't make my sandwich correct didn't put bacon on it so I called no manager there at all kid I talked to argued with said it was made right and to bring my sandwich and receipt back in the morning south have subway has really sunk to gutter depts with the way it is ran and the caliber of it's employee edicate I won't eat there again nor will the family

I came with my family of 4 and I was told by Tabby that was considered a catering order!She wouldn't make it without a twenty four hour notice. I've been to this location many time - I have never had a problem before- Tabby who claimed to be the manager, was then asking for a $20 tip to make the order. I really like the location but I feel like she might be a bad employee.

I wish I can give this store a zero because how can a manager sit there and tell me I am a liar and that she knows what she is doing and so on and then had the nerve to tell me I should have called about my issue when I got home but I did not because my kid was running a very high fever and I am sick as well and then proceeded to say that my kids sickness is not important like really and for her to be a manger she is very bold to talk and treat paying customers the way she does when I asked for the corporate number she told me that she is the corporate office so long story short I WOULD AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COST

Giving 1 star solely due to the way the manager treated the staff!!! I was there at 12:30pm and there were 3 employees. 1 clearly newer as she needed some assistance at times. They had online orders, a line of customers and drive thru. The gentleman waiting on me was awesome, smiling and greeting everyone (I had 3 sandwiches) The third employee was putting together an online order. At one point the newer employee needed someone to ring up a customer since she could not. They got the manager from the back who proceeded to chastise the employees in front of all the customers! She said with three of them they should not need her help while she’s in the back doing “manager things”! Told them that they need to really work on their teamwork! She was super rude! & I think she needs to work on her teamwork!

I have been to a lot of subways but the one in South Haven has to be my favorite! They know how to make a sandwich, I got my wife the veggie sub and I want sure they were going to be able to wrap it in one paper! They didn't just put veggies on there they put the whole garden... lol, she loved it! I got the ultimate but and usually when I ask for black olives I have to ask them to put more on not at this one, not on any of the veggies I got on it, like I said they know how to make a sandwich!! Then you have the people that work there, very friendly, very patient, and they can joke around with you which is awesome and better then trying to deal with someone that has a stick up their backside.
