I usually work nights as a Dj so I’m usually hungry on the way home; but I also try to pick up food for teens so they’ll have lunch the next day. I pass several pass SEVERAL Taco Bell locations (along with additional fast food establishments), however I honestly wait until I get to this location in South Haven, Indiana before I pick up food simply because the staff at this time is the best! Not only is their food honestly better than other locations, but the staff is so nice & friendly, just makes your evening after working a long night. I finally asked the young ladies what their names were & thanked them for always being so friendly when I come about 4 times a week, lol. Althea is one young lady who’s there every single time I order food & have never seen such a hard working employee going above & beyond to make sure your order is correct, and the other young lady with the red hair I believe her name is Autumn is if i remember correctly, she’s absolutely such a sweetheart & I truly appreciate her kindness & smiling face when i come to pick up food! This location definitely hit the jackpot with their employees, truly hope Taco Bell appreciates the employees here or at least I can say the ones who work between 9:30 pm and 2:00 a.m. as that’s when I’m always picking up food, and is truly why I pass by so many other locations just to come to the South Haven; Indiana location!!

Bathroom toilets plugged, had to ask for cups we were only people inside. Food on the floor. Waited 20 mins order still wasnt done but the manager was apologetic

How are you going to charge the customer the price for the substitute of steak or chx when you the restaurant doesn't have beef ? That's just a bit absurd.

This was our first and last time there. We wanted a quick bite and haven't been to this brand new location so we stopped in fir dining in. The place was so dirty it was unbelievable. While there were a few people in the back busting their butts getting orders out you can tell no one takes the time to face the front of the store at all. The soft shelled tacos were dripping with I don't even know what, water? A couple of the employees were outside in the dining area and when they came inside they were loudly continuing their conversation, just unprofessional to say the least. We were just very disappointed that such a new place was so run down already.

Got a grilled cheese burrito and 2 cool ranch doritos locos tacos. My “cool ranch” shell was just a plan hardshell with a soft tortilla around it. Had to come back to get my burrito corrected because they gave me the wrong one.
The food has gotten a lot more fresh the last two times I went.
The mexican pizza shells and beans were fresh which they were missing on my previous 3 visits.
My order was inaccurate last time but they made up for it and were super nice about it.
Looks like the place is on the up and up with Christa being a GREAT manager. Anika and a bunch of other staff have been very friendly too!

Ridiculously slow, foods slop and cold by the time you get it. Literally have to eat everything with a fork and knife cause it's so sloppily put together. Presentation matters. I know you're new but better step it up. Also parking and drive thru is wacky

3rd time coming on way home from work and still haven't gotten food. Drive thru has no one in line and they don't answer the speaker. Drove up to window and no one answers the window. 4 workers sitting inside looked at me and didn't come to the window. This happened all 3 visits. I'm not sure what is happening at this location. Very bizarre

Waited in drive through for over 10 minutes with lots of cars behind me. Girl at the window was rude and unpleasant. She was talking with a co/worker and not at the window, even though she saw me there with card in hand. Another worker was putting her hair up in a bun near the food. I won’t be visiting this Taco Bell again. Don’t know who the manager is but they better take note or some other fast food place will be taking that spot. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!!!!
