The Original Rainbow Cone - Valparaiso

Tried a few different menu options & all were delectable delicious! Arrived swiftly via doordash, well packaged, great presentation, high quality & reasonably priced

Good ice cream! Butter pecan! Chocolate! Yummy!

The first time I came here, about a year ago, it was awesome. Came today and the place is almost empty so service should be fast…… but no. It took a solid 10 minutes for the employees to come out from the back and acknowledge we were here. Placed our ice cream order and paid (just two small cones) and they disappear into the back again and have been gone for another 10 mins and haven’t come back out. I’d leave but I already paid!!!
Update- employees name was Diana. Turns out she just left(went home? Idk) The manager came out and made our 2 cones.

Great ice cream!! I think it's Milk based rainbow sorbet but I had nuts fruit and chocolate in mine!! A+ service!

This place was clean and tidy, the ice cream was delicious! And the young gentleman that assisted us was kind and patient with my two children while ordering! Highly recommend!!

What a lovely ice cream venue. Imagine being helped by people who like their jobs and are helpful and fun. Steven was so patient and funny. Love to see a happy teenager working anywhere!

Overpriced for a little scoop of ice cream. The lady that was taking care of my ice-cream and messed up on the order 2 times and gave me the attitude like it was my fault..Rainbow corn in schererville. 6-29-2024 @ 7:30pm..that will be the last time I go there..THANK YOU FOR TH E EXPERIENCE

Love love love this place. Been eating at the one in Illinois since I was a kid and I was so excited to see one was closer to home. Great employees and great service.

I've loved Rainbow ? cone since I was a child in Chicago! It's (hopefully) located in Blue Island, IL. (South side of the city on Western). I've waited over 35 yrs. to taste the rainbow ? again! Perfection!

Chicago chain, inside buona beef.Good service, good ice cream, limited seating, but you can sit in buona beef side of restaurant. Fair pricing

Sat at the counter for 8 minutes before giving up and walking out due to no service... atleast put a bell out or something... I'm not going to scream at the counter to give you my money.. menu looked pretty lackluster as it is so that pretty much sealed the deal that I won't even bother trying this ice cream shop...
